Review 1：Facilities are dated, the heater was loud enough to hear with earplugs in and cycled on and off, with only a continental breakfast the total value was only so-so.

Review 2：Friendly host, nice courtyard, everything was clean, chips and salsa on arrival was a nice touch.

Review 3：The queen beds are a little small, especially for people taller than 6 feet. It was comfortable, but just smaller than my queen bed at home.

Review 5：This is a family run hotel and their hard work and pride in it shows, starting with a genuinely friendly check-in. We were shown to our room which was located within a lush courtyard, an unexpected surprise.It is a virtual oasis, complete with pool, gazebo and large koi pond. Lush landscaping throughout. Our room was huge and very clean. Staying within the courtyard was very quiet. Great value - our thanks for a restful stay.

Review 7：Pleasantly surprised. Friendly staff. The property has a wonderful garden area courtyard with a pool, tables,BBQ,a cupola, and tropical vegetation directly outside most rooms. Area is quiet also. Great for families or just relaxing. Rooms have flat screen TVs, cable, and good wi-fi. A great value! Will definitely stay here again next time in LC.

Review 8：There is nothing special about this hotel ,from the outside.But David and Elina run a great place.The courtyard has to be seen to be believed.This is not some cookie cutter chain motel.This place has character.Bravo !

Review 9：The family operating this inn are incredibly welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. The inn is very well kept, has a homey feel, and cultural history with the "biggest chile in the world". We would definitely stay here again.

Review 10：Toilet was leaking at floor level. Got worse the longer we were there. Required many towels to keep it mopped up, still stepped in cold water on floor every time we went into the bathroom. Owner supplied us with extra towels and offered us a new room, but a plumber is what was needed. Also motel had regular permanent tenants that hogged the 2 washing machines and dryers, leaving washed clothes in the washer for more than an hour after wash cycle completed.

Review 26：Was on a trip to White Sands with a group of friends. We were running late on our roadtrip and arrived at the hotel just very late at night (around 2 AM). A staff member was on site to greet us and proved to be very helpful and welcomed us in a very warm way. We really appreciated. At check-out another staff member was just as helpful and warm. Really enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend it to fellow travellers. Rooms were big, clean and confy. Really a positive experience.

Review 100：The beds, that were supposed to be queen sized, were actually full sized, the sheets were folded strangely and i had trouble getting into the bed. the beds were ROCK HARD, and hurt my back and hips. The floor is not level, any water that splashed on the floor in the bathroom made a river flowing out of the bathroom on the tile grout. I was able to sign into the wifi with my handheld device, but when I tried to connect my computer it tried to charge me $2.99.
