Review 5：Don't expect a larger room than a typical motel. The hotel is a typical motel but there are microwaves and refrigerators in the rooms - which works out just fine!

Review 14：Bookings.com screwed up my arrival date. Then neither the hotel or bookings would help me change the date. The bluegrass extended stay did offer me %50 off the actual day but kept the money for the wrong day, no way!

Review 15：Very minor things. The television remote had dead batteries when I arrived, the staff quickly replaced them when the issue was addressed. A couple of dents in the refrigerator had me a little concerned but I was assured everything would be noted and reported to maintenance. Very very minor stuff.

Review 16：The staff was all friendly and helpful. The two minor concerns I had with the room were handled quickly and professionally. The maid was very polite and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The Wi-Fi had multiple hotspots and was blazing fast. The location is excellent. Will be staying here again on my next visit to Lexington.

Review 17：We don't like the loud hum of the florescent light and noisy fan in the bathroom. The garment rack is in the way in the sink area. It should be near the door where the unnecessary mirror is. We don't like memory foam mattresses.

Review 22：When we checked in the front desk person seemed to be in a hurry and preoccupied. I travel a lot and this is not the norm. The noise levels outside were high. People standing outside having a party until early morning hours... We had young children that were awaken several times. At 2am someone was standing right at our window yelling down to the parking lot asking for a dollar! Our kids had competition early the next day and needed their rest.

Review 66：I was in a first floor room, with lots of car and foot traffic so I had to keep my curtains closed the entire 3 days. Made for a dark experience. I couldn't get the room temp adjusted properly so was cold during my stay. Small things. I was safe and comfortable and those are the important things.

Review 67：The people at the desk were just excellent. I made my reservations over the internet but they had not been received when I arrived for check in. The staff gave me a room, however, and even gave me an updated room for my inconvenience, then called to see if I was comfortable. Wow!!

The refrigerator was very helpful because we needed some cold items due to a hospital visit the next day. Bathroom fixtures very clean.

Review 79：Parking was awful. We couldn't park where we could keep an eye on our car. While at the sink i was doing my hair and make up and being the floor was so sticky, I wore my sandals after I got out of the shower. But when I went to move the floor was so sticky my sandal stayed stuck to the floor and I fell out of my shoes..and this is not an exaggeration. The mattresses were filthy and had no protective coverings. Plus they were so wore out while sleeping thru the night I woke up many times due to being so uncomfortable.
