Review 1:Staff didnt change toilet paper last day and told us last day we dont give any serve Hotel was too cold they didnt turn on heaters during day and heater was not work well noisy and a annoying fan We were in 5TH floor elevator was to noisy every time working it had big noise and sound at our room No milk or friut juice at breakfast Disco sound during night was another problem

Review 3:The quadruple rooms are in fact triple rooms with a sofa. The receptionist guy was somehow rude and tried to make some problems by fitting 9 of us in just two rooms although we reserved 3 rooms. Also he said that if you leave the hotel at 12:01 you have to pay extra,which I consider rude.

Review 4:It was a good hotel. The manager was helpful and the rooms were very spacious.

Review 5:- Hotel offers gym, sauna and hammas with a free entrance on booking.com and that's why we chose this hotel. A big dissapoitment when it turned out, that there is NO sauna, NO spa, NO gym in this hotel!! I really don't know, how they can advertise this, when it is simple a lie. When we asked in the hotel, we were told - yes-it is not here. If you don't like it move away (in the late evening). I was really shocked, that 4* hotel misleads costumers on purpose on booking.com description and their reaction (finally after a tough discussion, we got €6 discount) Not happy about such an approach at all. - breakfast is very poor, no juice. Correposponds hardly to a 2*hotel - no one at the reception can speak a word in English - not too much helpful. - it says paid parking on booking.com, but you can park very easily your car outside the hotel (for free) as we did

Review 9:1- In hotel no one can speak English 2- When you are slept, suddenly they open door and come in for cleaning!!! 3- By online reservation, I paid 150$ for two days. but I saw a guy (3 people) that they paid 90$ for two nights. if you do not book online you can bargain about it. :( 4- Breakfast is not international. we could able to eat just eggs. 5- This hotel has not lobby!!. some pictures in site are fake. After all, this hotel must be just two star. not 4 star.

Review 10:No one knows english but one lobby man how was rarely present. Other crew dont even know one, two, three!! There is no juice at breakfast, which is so unpleasant for even 2 star hotel. They do not clean the room and recharge shampoo and soap except you search for them and intimate your basic needs. Impossible to get 2 cards for room. Refregrator is so weak and power goes off when you are out of the room. Poor lights in nights.
