Review 1：Glad i brought flip flops the shower was dirty. We arrived after check in hours and it yook is forever to get in touch with anyone to let us in even though we called ahead to let them know we woild be late. After arriving at 2am we couldnt get a late checkout. Staff was rude! The phone number we had said they couldnt help us since this was a new hotel in their sustem.

Review 5：Wife says room had dirty carpet, sticky bathroom floor, and hair found on sheets of 2 queen side beds...Plus they must give mandatory 5 am wake up calls because staff said it could not be halted or fixed
Review 6：The only complaint I had was the first room the stove didn't work and there was a full trash can and beer bottles under the cabinet, within 5 mind someone else was in that room bc we left something and need to get it and the employee had to get it for us bc someone was in the room already, I hope they cleaned up the trash before putting g them in it.

Review 8：Bed too high and needed to have help getting into it. Once in the bed I felt like I was sleeping on a rock. Carpet was nasty and wouldn't walk on it with my bare feet. I will never stay here again!

Review 22：On top of the place being a POS, our key fob stopped working. When we called the front desk, they asked us to walk across the parking lot in the pouring rain to come get a new key, rather than delivering it to us. Horrible service. Lock on the door did not work.
Review 23：The smell wasn't good in the hallways but our room was clean. It was way overpriced - higher than the advertised rates on the door. It was very basic - no shampoo or amenities, other than towels. No breakfast and very basic coffee. Nothing extra.

Review 25：The place was very poorly maintained. It smelled very musty and I found and killed one cockroach...but where there's one there's more. It had very few amenities in the room and never was made the 3 days we were there.

Review 27：This was obviously a room/hotel where lots of partying before and after games had taken place. There were holes in our bedspreads, not enough towels (I had to drive back over to the office to pick them up instead of them bringing them to me), and an unclean "feel" (like it was probably clean but everything was really worn and used). We stayed in a "studio" which I would wave people off of. From pictures and ratings online, I think the "suites" are in better shape and what they're actually advertising. That's where the front office was and even the interior of that space was cleaner, more updated and less worn. My kids and I said, "Well, there are people who don't have beds or showers out there, so we are OK with this." But we'd never stay there again, and we certainly would recommend it to anyone.

Review 40：Room appeared dirty. Dirt stains on bedding. Holes in the sheets. Mold in the bathroom. Stains on the ceiling. Shower curtain did not touch tub so water leaked all over floor.
Review 41：The shower did not work, the toilet kept running. The TV remote did not work. The aircontiononers knob was broke and was put together by tape, there was only one plate to eat off of.

Review 43：The facilities are old and not in the best of shape. In the first room we received, the sleeper sofa was broken. We saw another room that had a bad smell to it. The third room we were given was fine, and we were comfortable there, but we had some questions about the cleanliness of the bathroom. Overall, for a night's stay, it was value for money--but I don't think I'd rush to go back.

Even though we didn't have daily Maud service, they were prompt and efficient in giving us the items we needed -from towels to bathroom cleaner to a broom. We were there for 4 nights and we needed the spaciousness of the double queen suite. Thanks for making my daughter's graduation that much more enjoyable!!
Review 46：Was told they couldn't help clean up when my son got sick. Next day the chamber maid put a do not disturb sign on my door and didn't clean. They did clean after I called and complained.

Review 50：One of the front desk women that checked me in charged me for a extra day when my reservation clearly stated how many days I was staying. I had to wait until a manager came to credit the extra stay back on my card, which I still haven't seen posted to my credit card yet because they told me to wait 2 to 3 days. The breakfast was horrible. The only thing they had was cereal, muffins,frozen sausage biscuits,orange juice and coffee.

Review 52：It is a long term stay place. The rooms were tired and far from clean. The cleaning service was minimal and left our door unlocked after servicing. The clientele is a little sketchy but we had no problems. The walls and floors were very dirty.

Shower water does not get hot; it was lukewarm at best. Showering in cold water was a huge disappointed. No elevators and we were not on the first floor. Stairwells were dirty like dried mud or dirt had been left there for a while, which is not good when there is no elevator and u have to drag your bags up two flights of stairs.

Review 58：The beds were terrible. They were hard as a rock and the pillows were not so great either. They were way too soft. Pillows felt like you were just sleeping on a pillow case, and the beds were like sleeping on table tops. Left early due to lack of sleep!

Review 62：That morning while getting ready to check out.. the manger called and asked was we staying over i told him i was granted a late check out.. he told me that a late check out shouldn't been granted. . I told him the young lady last night said it was fine.. then he said since she granted is OK this time.. being very rude.. I noticed my card was charged for my stay after I paid cash. . I immediately called the manager to tell him what happen this was about 8:30 in the morning. . He took my name and number and said he would call me back.. After about 2 o'clock he never called me back.. so I gave him a called. . I explain to him I need my money back in my account because I had another transaction that might try to clear my account that night. . He explained it will take 5 days before the money would show up.. I asked if I occur any bank fee would they give my money back.. He said no they have nothing to do with my financial situation. . What????? I have no financial situation I have a mistake that this hotel made.. I The Notify The Corporate office.. If You Stay Here And they Have Your Debit Card Number And You pay Cash Check Your Account
Review 63：The clerk at the desk upon check in was very nice and being very helpful. .After taking a minute to get me checked in I asked her could I get a late check out.. she agreed a one hour late check out

Review 65：When we arrived they said that there was no room for us because of a booking error. The girl behind the desk wanted to relocate us to a different hotel (at 1am), but then another woman stepped in and placed us in a different room. I asked if this would be more expensive and she said it wouldn't. The bed looked comfortable but none of the 4 in my party were able to sleep. After returning home my creditcard statement said that they charged me $145 instead of the original $70!! They deposited $25 back into my account, but that's still $50 short!!

Review 103：Our hotel room was not clean, urine buildup behind and at bottom of toilet. Room smelled of cigarette smoke and pet urine. There is no room service as our room was not cleaned or towels replaced during our entire three night stay. Kleenex box was just about empty on arrival and we only had one roll of toilet paper for the entire three nights/four day stay. The sheets had holes and stains in them, the comforter also had holes in them. We will never stay here again. And with our son now a student at the University of Alabama we will be in Tuscaloosa often.

Review 105：No one showed up to clean our room. We needed clean towels so I called to the front desk. Was told that hey were being washed and would let me know when they had towels. No one let me know. I never heard back. I had to call them again after a couple of hours and went to the front to pick them up. When we checked in, there were hairs left in the bathroom and sink.

Review 107：They had no reservations saved. They gave rooms away, first come first serve. I called a week prior to arrival and the room was still given away. They were able to "find" me a room similar to what I reserved. The TV didn't work, the room keys didn't always work and the sheets /bedding were stained. I gave up my room to a family that had traveled from California-who were not going to get their reserved room because they were all booked up. It was an absolute nightmare. I am still waiting for my credit!

Told us to come back to the other building to get a different room, except she left again and we waited another 20 minutes. We had now been there an hour and still did not have a room. We told them to cancel our reservation and we were not paying any charges. Gave us a receipt showing 0 charges, but in fact charged my card for the full price of the room. Horrible experience when we walked into a room on another guest!

Review 118：We were first placed in the studios. The hallways smell disgusting, although they are painting, it was no paint smell. Another room had dogs barking, bugs in our room, filthy comforter, dirty walls, carpets disgusting!!! I was moved to the suite building and was offered a updated room at no charge. Much better but I could not get that other room out of my mind. I would not stay their again.
