Review 1：The hotel was very comfortable and very clean. The rooms are a good size and there is a lounge area in the hotel. We were in Van during some protests and the hotel staff did everything they could to make visitors feel comfortable. Many of the front desk staff speak good english. I would recommend this hotel as it is close to resturants and the center of the city.
Review 2：Didn't care for being on a busy street. Because they have no air conditioning you need to open the window and then you can't sleep for the noise.
Review 3：Engin - the young man who gives tours to special interest places and works out if the hotel. His English was excellent and he was very, very helpful. Also the hotel did washing for us and wouldn't charge which we thought was wonderful.
