Review 2：My first time at a Hyatt facility,the staff was very courteous. My husband and I try to get away every 90 days. We try to find places to stay without having to drive far from our hotel. The best part was the bed it was so comfortable. I love the location it was convenient to all restaurants.
Review 3：We had front desk tell us breakfast time 9:30... but when we arrived 9:20 all was gone.. Very fortunately a support staff member ( I think maintenance ) went to kitchen and made up plate for us.

Review 10：I stay here every time I visit my daughter at nearby Bryn Mawr College. Stylish, modern decor, clean, spacious rooms and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a small pool, a hot tub and a fitness center on the lower level. The free breakfast served in the lobby bar area is really great, with a variety of choices and omelets made to order. There's a Joe's Crab Shack next door, so you can walk across the parking lot for dinner (if you don't feel like driving across the street to the King of Prussia Mall). The mall complex has lots of restaurant options, and is a great place to get all those items that your kid forgot to pack for their dorm (or just to splurge on yourself!)
Review 11：Looked like a dead roach in bits by my bedside.. The front desk tried to make it better with a free appetizer card. 4 pillows on the bed- all the same... too hard :( Fortunately my girlfriend drove up for dinner the second night and brought my down comfortor from home.

Review 28：We had made arrangements with Booking.com to pay cash - no use of credit card, and the hotel did not honor the policy. They turned us away. I am appalled that they would not work with us....I was willing to leave a large cash deposit, and the hotel still would not honor our request. They cancelled our reservation. It is hard for me today to understand in the economic climate of the times, that a hotel would not accept cash as an option. We do not have credit cards, do not use them, and only travel with cash. I will never stay at a Hyatt hotel again. My husband was forced to process the reservation on his debit card. I am astonished by this practice, and unwilling to negotiate with Hyatt again. That is unfortunate because the room was nice and comfortable, but will not be forced to use credit again.
Review 29：This place is amazing. I have stayed at this hotel 3 times and all three times I went for leisure. It's perfect for a couple that wants to get away. The rooms are beautiful and has everything you need. The hotel has a great bar in the lobby and a pool table to play. We barely left te hotel because they have everything. There are fire pits outside with rocking chairs and it's great to relax by the fire on a cool night. The pool and hot tub is great. The location is perfect ! Right across the street from the king of Prussia mall and right next door to plenty of restaurants as well as an IMAX theater. This is my "go to" hotel when I come to king of Prussia.

Review 32：I arrived after driving 5 hrs through a snowstorm where everything was closed. When I arrived at hotel, despite me having my confirmation, they did not have my reservation. Then I was told they did not have a room available. I insisted they find me a room and they were able to accommodate but if I didn't insist, I would not have had a rm that night.

Review 39：Had a very nice 1 night stay. Room was large with separate kitchen and living room. It was clean and shower was great. There is a bar area off lobby with a smallish menu and we were more than happy with our meals. Also had a great time chatting with Troy the bartender. We would stay again.

Too convenient to some good restaurants. Wonderful experience there! Hyatt in King of Prussia was extremely well-priced compared to Philadelphia. Parking was free. Front desk staff helpful for getting us on a transit bus to Philadelphia to see the sights. Breakfast was exceptional, and included fresh homemade omelets with eggs or egg whites in addition to scrambled eggs, meat, potatoes, fresh fruit, fresh oatmeal (not dry packets) and the standard breads/muffins. Fitness center was equipped with treadmills, ellipticals and a small Universal-type weight machine in the corner. Plus workout towels and water. Small "store" in the lobby for forgotten essentials. Walking distance to King of Prussia Mall, which I believe is the largest mall on the east coast.
Review 41：The staff was friendly and courteous, breakfast buffet, location of hotel and overall amenities. Hated the light saving feature in the room. In the morning I found myself fumbling around in the dark looking for the key card slot for the lights. Elevator was a little slow. Love the shuttle service. All in all, I'd stay there again without hesitation
Review 42：They still haven't refunded my money to my bank account after I paid in cash when we checked out. There was dust on top of the refrigerator. Staff wasn't all that friendly or helpful at least not the ones while I was there. Room could be bigger for the price of the room.

Review 95：The air/heat was hard to adjust and overall impossible to just turn off. It was either too cold or too hot most of the time overnight. The wi-fi didn't work most of the time and we had to rely on our cellular data. Housekeeping came in before we checked out (while we were in the room) even though we had our "No Housekeeping" hanger on the door. We ate at the H-Bar. The food tasted defrosted and was very bland. Not even close to being worth the insane prices we paid for it.

Review 97：Few feedback to the front desk personnel when we arrived they were very friendly however whenever we pass thru' front desk (to going in or out of hotel) they were immerse in the computer and no communication at all....there was not even eye contact a friendly good morning or hi would be enough for customer care. Room: although beds were made and towels were changed when requested no one vacuum the carpets for the 4 days we stayed.

In the case of Hyatt House, the toilet and shower are in a room separated from the lavatory by a sliding door. In other words, after a person uses the toilet, when they must open the door to the lav, with hands that just wiped their nether regions and were not washed! Very unsanitary!

There are no in-room heating controls that worked, and at 3 in the morning we were not up to the possibility of moving to another room if that was the only solution. Nor did we want workmen in our room at that hour.
