Review 1：I thought it was a bit high on price. We travel all year for work and this was the most we've ever paid for a week.

Review 2：Loved how spacious our room was. The shower was great and the bed was comfortable. The owner and staff were so nice.

Review 3：The location is a bit on the seedier side of town. I traveled alone and was glad I could bring my dog.

Review 5：The bed linen was dirty, the owner or manager not so nice. Maids do not clean very good, the linen in these rooms should have to be pitched. The toilet was stopped up, manager or owner unplugged and let toilet water drip on carpet after unplugging the toilet. Also the telephone didn't work and it was filthy. The replacement phone was even worse than the first one.

Review 8：The location of this hotel was perfect for the events we were attending while in town. The room was perfect for the price. A microwave, fridge, tv, a roof over our heads, a comfortable place to sleep and a large bathroom counter space was more than we could ask for.

Review 13：I made coffee as soon as arriving at the room. A roach ran across the counter from underneath the coffee maker as I was filling it with water. There were long hairs in the bed. Sheets looked to probably not be changed. Furniture very stained and old. Room smelled of smoke. Bed was hard. Lighting powered with extension cords.

Review 14：The owner/manager was very nice and helpful, checking on the internet connection that went out and restoring it. Checking in was a matter of 2 minutes as the key and receipt were reading from registering online prior to arrival. I liked being able to park right at my room door and not have to schlep up & down stairs.

Review 15：Large room with desk, tables and chair with foot rest in business suite is perfect for contractor or business owner on the road trying to keep expenses down but needing a place to get admin work done after a long day in the field.

Review 16：Mr Sam Patel was EXTRAORDINARY in catering to my needs and my mom's. We spent 5 days and was always attentive, corteous and available if we needed extra things to make our stay comfortable. Our stay was very comfortable and WILL DEFINITELY GET ANOTHER ROOM FROM HIM for next trip to Rome, Georgia. By the way, our housemaid was very pleasant and with a smile all the time, very polite. Review 17：The manager was rude and didn't greet guest when they walked in. However his staff was nice. I also didnt like that he was driving around and appeared to be looking at vehicle plates which I found very creepy .

Review 18：I was only in town for an event and just needed somewhere to sleep. If you are looking for a room for a 5 star hotel keep looking but it was clean and served its purpose .

Review 21：The blanket on one bed had an ugly burn hole near the head of the bed. And there was a small paper wrapper left behind on the sheet of one bed.

Review 22：The queen beds were very comfortable and the room was larger than I expected. Check in and out was very efficient and quick. The shower was quite nice.

Review 23：Strong odor of curry when you check in at the office. The clerk was difficult to understand due to her accent. There is no breakfast offered. You need to drive or walk to a restaurant. The surrounding area is a bit run down, which made me a bit uncomfortable. The other guests made me uncomfortable as well but there were no incidents.

Review 24：The price was very good and the room was very neat and clean. I could park my motorcycle outside my door. I noticed recent improvements to the property including new sidewalks and resurfaced parking lot.

Review 25：When we turned on the tub, rust came out. I saw a huge roach, there was mildew on the ceiling on top of the tub, there were spider webs, and the bed wasn't comfortable. Also, not enough pillows.

Review 28：The rooms didn't smell, the bed was very comfortable, the people in the office were very nice. The water was hot in the shower, the room was clean. We felt the value was certainly a good one. They changed our room from one king to two queen beds (we had an extra guest --our adult son). It cost extra, but we were fine with the arrangement. A great value & a clean room.

Review 29：The cable box on my tv would censor the tv channels for seemingly random reasons, and the wifi only really worked well on the left half of the bed. Of course these are really minor issues.

Review 30：Reminds me of the day when I was growing up because this is an old school motel that provides function over opulence. The location is about 2 miles from Berry College where my daughter was visiting. My room was large, the bed was comfortable, and the woman running check-in was very personable. I enjoyed my selection.

Review 79：I liked that the location was right on one of the main streets heading out of town--north. I liked the management very much--kind, sweet, friendly people. The WiFi connection was very good, and Sunrise Inn & Suites was, indeed, a very good bargain for the money--economical place to stay, clean, and in a part of town that felt safe.

Review 80：Unusual shower. To get shower to work, pull the ring down that's inside the faucet while water flowing out of it. There was no way to know this til I went to front desk after taking a bath instead!

The lock on one of the roomswasn't fuctioning properly making it hard to open to get in or out.Coffee maker in one room didn't work. Rooms and bedding could havebeen cleaner. No coffee when I went for the "Free Breakfest".Had to walk down the street to gas station for coffee. Glad I only hadto be there one night.

There were places on the room ceiling where bugshad been hit and the texture was gone and bug guts had replaced it. Thepillows were too small. The blanket on the bed was too small and thepiping on it was unraveling. There was no iron in our room. There wereno cups in our room. There was no klenex in our room.
