Review 20：The service was absolutely shocking. Our room wasn't cleaned, after phoning reception they removed dirty dishes from previous night and brought clean towels 3pm. Had to stand up and ask for coffee at breakfast, 2 ladies and a man giggled and made jokes in the restaurant instead of servicing us. Check out took more than half an hour - their system froze....
