Review 1：Roches, dirty room (muddy footprints), shower broken.
Review 2：The staff was fantastic, booking.com did not send them all the info, but the staff fixed everything.
Review 3：Burns in the carpet, cigarette burns all over the bathroom, blood on the walls, shower door falling off, toilet seat wrong size, ripped sheets.

Review 5：There were roaches in the room...and extremely loud people next to us and above us making noise all night and into the morning. I think it may have been a prostitute. All we could hear was yelling and banging and sex noises...very bad stay...

Review 7：first day the restroom water didn't want. He fixed it right away do. The room wasn't clean and asked for new sheets because there was hair on the pillow of my bed. It was a cheap place to stay and u get what u paid for. But these was no loud noise or anything to keep me up during the night.

Review 11：There was no telephone service, TV didn't work and when they got it working you couldn't change the channels. The bed sunk so deep in the middle, I thought I was going to disappear. Then the bed pad was so nasty and full of hair. I slept in the broken chair that was in the room. If there were vacancies elsewhere i would have left. I've been in bad hotels but this was the worst. Also no toilet paper.
Review 12：it was very spacious, very clean, and it is a good value and great location. handicap rooms are really that. so if you are a wounded warrior this is a place for you. very nice. will stay here again.
