Review 1：Elevator too small, and the pool was only open until 10 pm. As mature adults, it would be nice to take a midnight dip if it were possible seeing that it's not possible to relax and do this when at home. The view from room was very limited :(

Review 5：The trash wasn't taken out of the room when it was "cleaned" so the room smelled like take out. The balcony floor had old food on it and the ashtray wasn't cleaned. I didn't find the front desk staff friendly or helpful.

Review 21：We were away from Sunday to Monday picking those days due to us having Monday off at work ! I found that everything was either closed or closed by 5 ! The check in times are standard as they are at other hotel but we could not check in until late afternoon and had to be out early am

Review 22：We had booked a 2 night winter getaway (Fri and Sat) and unfortunately could not arrive until Sat as our furnace broke at home. I called to inform them of our situation and when we arrived on Sat (after having our furnace repaired) we were not offered any type of discount or offer for future stay.

Review 27：First of all you should update your picture of the facility. There is no sloping lawn. It is about 100' from the main street. The "building" we were assigned was no where near the main facility. Parking was a premium. 6 units with 3 spaces. It was totally separated from the main facility. You should have people check to see where they will be staying because there are 6+ buildings. Kicker was they want you to empty the trash, strip the bedding and put soiled linen in the bath tub. No cleaning service for 4 days. Only contact is by phone. Won't stay here again.

Review 29：3 miles from nearest supermarket. Room at front of hotel was noisy due to proximity of busy road.Also our room had interconnecting rooms on both sides which meant we could hear our neighbours.

Review 101：The walk area to our room was very icy the first night. You could see there was no maintenance done to this walkway. We spread rock salt to try to melt the ice, dangerous and a liability. Next all melted and there was 4 inches of water,we chose a walk through 8 inches of snow. No maintenance done after we reported the situation.

Review 107：I did not like the 10pm quiet hours rule. I feel midnight would bebetter suited for its location. As a weekend away we were hoping to beable to utilize the pool and game room much later, but it was closed bythe time we got back from dinner. Also since there is an efficiency inthe room a small table would have been nice for meals.

Review 109：I can honestly say that my dinner at Flatbread was less than stellar.Knowing that fb was a part of your hotel with all the other amenitieswas the selling point for me. I was really excited because it's oneof my favorite places to eat and I've been to most of them the bestones in my opinion are the Portsmouth and Amesbury locations. Anywaythe atmosphere was dull it was too quiet, you could barely hear theterrible music playing The bartender (male) was less than enthusiastictoo. I ordered off of the specials menu and very rarely have hadanything bad at any fb locations but this pizza was dried out, I madesure to let the bartender know and when he offered more of the specialhot sauce they used he came back with what appeared to be Redhot brandhot sauce it was all watery and was served to me in a solo drinking cupbecause he didn't have anything else to put it in? I would ofrather had some tomato sauce or anything but the spicy water he gaveme. Then when he packed up the three remaining pieces he put it in apizza box! ..So wasteful and not eco like the company prides themselvesto be, I was really surprised, usually they wrap whats left in foil.Also there were fruit flies flying around me while I was trying todrink me beer, so gross. I also felt the bar stools were too high forthe bar. On the flip side, the bar is nice looking and the salad, beerand liquor selection was good.

Review 110：I liked that the hotel had history, and I absolutely loved the prints ofthe original paintings in the hallways made me feel proud to be from ne.I thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool. My room was cute,perfect and super clean. I also appreciated the new and shinyappliances. Plus the area was amazing I went to Dianas' Bath anddrove up instead of hiked to Cathedral Ledge since it was drizzling.Loved how close those both were. I love nh and it was a much needed minigetaway. Thank you.

Review 118：For the price paid, it was not worth the value. There were 3 of us(adult, 2 teenagers) and the arrangements were clunky. 1 queen, a pull-down bed, and a couch. For almost $300/night, there should have beenbetter accomodations. And the room was dirty too (the pull-down bedsheets had not been changed).
