Review 1：Very nice staff from front desk to breakfast staff - everyone friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean esp. bathroom. Great pillows! Breakfast both days excellent!

I heard some guests come in and complain that there wasn't bacon and eggs, and during my stay there was canadian bacon rolls and a bowl of hard boiled eggs (along w/ grains, yogurt, & other options). This was perfectly fine w/ me; just do not expect fresh omelets or a waffle maker.

Review 10：Staff are friendly and professional. The business center is gratis and convenient, with only your room key required for entrance of use of equipment. Location was fabulously central for my trip, which included travel to Bryn Mawr, Ambler, and Phoenixville -- and directly across from the King of Prussia Mall.

The internet final bill showed $111.77 while the bill from the hotel showed $114.00 plus additional fees, which total at $123.XX My original was $103.00 plus tax. Although a new bill was printed, my bank is still reporting a charge of $123.XX.

You have a choice between coolish-warm and 'get a lawyer' scalding. 4) cleaning maid couldn't think to remove the used coffee pod the until I did the next morning. 5) WIFI for your work? Uh uh. Not going to happen. 6) choice of room temps: fridge or stuffy. A complete disappointment.

Also, the pool did not open until Memorial Day weekend and the weather was miserably hot earlier than that, so an accessible pool would have been appreciated. Walls are thin, so screaming children in adjacent rooms can be heard all night.

Review 49：Friendly helpful staff, safety, location (not scenic, since it sits at the intersection of about 5 or 6 highways and a giant mall, but highly convenient for my purposes), nice landscaping of interior quadrangle, free fridge and hairdryer in room, very comfortable bed.

Review 53：First Best Western I have stayed at and could easily be compared to more expensive hotels like the Hyatt. We checked in early evening and was out before 9AM so really did not have a chance to see everything. All areas ww saw were kept very clean. Asked for a small Queen room and it was a good size, with a sliding glass door and patio. We saw quiet a few rooms with the screen doors used to allow in fresh air. The grounds were well maintained . I only realized later that Beat Westerns have different levels of hotels. This was definitely a Plus. Quiet area, even though on a very busy corner. Walking distance to a variety of eating places, including the mall. Breakfast was good and very friendly staff.

Review 54：The housekeeping staff was way too loud. I shouldnt be able to hear them when they are cleaning someeone elses room. I wouldn't mind if it was later in the day but it was 8:30 in the morning.

Review 56：I am handicapped and explained that when making reservation. There was no elevator in the section of the hotel I was sent. I had to go up steps and walk a long distance to get to my room. The major concern of the desk woman was that I would be close to the breakfast. I do not care about that I just needed to not walk long distances and go up a lot of steps.

Review 71：The rooms were great, i actually examined the room for any defaults. Bed linens were clean, no stains, we had a perfect view of the garden and swimming pool. The bathroom was huge. The location was very quiet, didn't hear any disruptions in the hallways. I would definetly stay here again.

Review 72：Room had sheer curtains in the middle 2/3 of the window wall and heavier drapes on rods that only came out from the sides part way leaving a large part of the wall where I felt people could see into our room when our lights were on. When the lights were off, the light from the parking lot shone right in our window with more illumination than I would have liked for sleeping with no option to close the heavier side drapes

Walked us to the other room to see if that was OK. Went back to the other room after we forgot a suit hanging in the closet - Couldn't have been nicer

Review 74：Our room smelled heavily like mold. We requested a crib that turned out to be a pack n play with the incorrect mattress, which can be dangerous to young babies. Breakfast left something to be desired.

The only thing I thought was a little odd was that their "small queen rooms" were actually big and had 2 queen sized beds. Review 80：We arrived late on Thursday 9/11/14 for a four night stay. Myhusband had suffered a fall earlier in the day and still had weepingwounds on his leg. Unfortunately, overnight his wound seeped onto thebed sheet. In the morning we exposed the sheet so the housekeeping staffcould see the stain and change the sheets. When we returned late on9/12/14 we turned the sheets only to find the bloody stain wasstill there. The same sheets stayed on our bed 9/11-9/12-&9/13 even though we turned them down every day. On 9/14 when wereturned to our room late, we found that the sheets were finally clean.When I brought this to the attention of the Hotel Manager he was way toounconcerned. He did say the sheets are to be changed every day. Heoffered to refund $50.00, which as of this date (9/18/14) hasnot reached my credit card. This experience has turned us off to BestWesterns in general and it was our first and maybe only time with"Booking.com"
