Review 1：Better Customer service would be appreciated. I had to wait in line for 20 minutes to ask a question. And then when I was called up at last, it was to be informed i could not check in since it was not 3:00PM yet. I said I wanted to ask a question but the answer was for me to come back at 3:00PM

Review 3：The check in experience with the staff was about as rude as I have every experienced in my life. The manager did nothing to alleviate a huge issue upon check in. A total disappointment that left me with the overall impression of the staff.

Review 4：Pulled in, no one greeted us or assisted with luggage. Had to find our own cart, load it up, go to the check in (which is on a different floor than where you unload). Lousy casual dining and needed an access card to spend money in the casino! Seriously????

There were bugs on the shower curtain and when we checked in the staff was not that friendly and welcoming. There also was tissue stuck in the peep whole of the door the elevators didn't have lights that function showing up or down it was just a mess and I would never say that again.

Review 13：I like the fact that the hotel was very close to the shopping district. I also really like the casino in the hotel.

Review 14：Our room was dirty. The sheets on the bed didn't fit. Tha mattress was all of two inches high with the springs hitting us in the back all night. It took forever to get in our room. It was just nota pleasant experience.

The ice machine didn't work on our floor, found a razor blade in the hall way, and the casino card they gave us at check in didn't work on the machines. Front desk staff was very friendly however they weren't open 24 hours which I thought was odd for a Saturday night.

Review 56：The check in is on the second floor and requires you to lug baggage up the stairs or wait for the very slow elevator. The room carpet was not installed very good, the curtain did not close all the way, and the furniture was dusty.

Review 57：The location was good. The price from the hotel directly was overpriced. Purchasing thru booking.com saved me $50. The casino was well laid out. The room I booked was large and roomy. The furnishings were well taken care of and modern. The fridge was good and cold for beer.

Review 64：We booked a room in the Casino Tower, not the neighboring Radison Hotel... I think the two hotels operate as one and are physically attached. We had to walk for about 5 minutes to get to our room which was kind of a pain to get to the casino. Since we were under the impression that we were getting a room in the Casino Tower, the photos were not accurate to the type of room that we actually got that night. Our phone did not work so we were unable to contact the front desk.
