Reviews for The Inn at Keystone

Review 1:OLD decor. Curtain fell off the line when we opened the windows. A kids toy was left in plain site...so could use a bit of a once over after cleaning.

Review 2:Great location and the staff was wonderful.

Review 3:Requested for credit due to early checkout by 2 days due to severe altitude sickness and the hotel front desk refused to refund our money for 2 nights. The hotel general manager didn't even care to return our phone calls. Very bad service by the hotel management team!

Review 4:Location and restaurant staff is amazing.

Review 5:Make sure to call the hotel to secure a dog friendly room. They only book dogs on the second floor. That being said, they are extremely dog friendly. Fido is allowed everywhere but the restaurant. They can be in the bar, however, and they have the full restaurant menu in there. They even have a "Yappy Hour" in the bar.

Review 6:Front desk staff was really rude when I was asking why my bill was different then booking.com sent me. They ask for additional donations multiple times for the parks. The bathroom was pretty dirty. This is an old hotel.

Review 7:Great bed! Good rate.

Review 8:There was always something missing at breakfast. Either knives, or forks, or glasses and you have to go to the reception as the guys in charge of breakfast are never there. And the woman at breakfast that is shouting to get your room number as if we were in a food market!

Review 9:Nice people at the reception, good shuttle service to conference running all the time.

Review 10:When I booked on Booking.com it stated it was a 4 person room. Then they tried to say it was a 2-person rate and there are additional charges per night with 2 extra people.

Review 11:Location Price Staff Room Size Hot Tub Location Location

Review 12:Bathrooms and showers are in need of a make over. The shower heads are awful and are way to low, with bad lighting in the bathrooms too.

Review 13:The hotel overall was very nice, kind of over priced but nice.

Review 14:Rooms could be upgraded--looked a bit worn out and dated... Otherwise, a great experience.

Review 15:Great location, very caring staff, and nice hot breakfast--we were very pleased with the stay.

Review 16:Great location and very clean with nice sized rooms. Free breakfast (which was very good) and day of arrival complimentary lift tickets for evening skiing after 4:00 PM.

Review 17:wanted pancakes on the breakfast for my child and can not order them. went to another place to eat breakfast to get pancakes. add them to the breakfast options

Review 18:Hot tubs need to be updated as the buttons/dials did not work at times. The head lady at the breakfast was a little too 'upaty up' for my and others taste. I prefer to eat my breakfast in peace with the conversation of my companions not disturbed by someone yelling in the restaurant area. She needs to tone it down a few notches, especially at 7:30 AM.

Review 19:Welcomed our husky with open arms as if they were family. The room was clean and the bed was phenomenal, which is key when at a ski area. The front desk crew were always extremely accommodating and possibly the best overall front desk crew I've experienced as a whole at any hotel regardless of level. Even the lack of parking was never a problem as their valet service was amazingly efficient.

Review 20:I didn't like the barking dog next door. The humidifier was old and didn't seem to work.

Review 21:I liked the location and the price was good. The staff was very friendly.

Review 22:When we arrived, the room hadn't been cleaned, but the staff quickly cleaned it and accommodated us with a bottle of wine. There was very little parking.

Review 23:Everything was very convenient. There was a bus that took you everywhere you needed to go so you didn't have to move your car. The food was good, and the staff was very accommodating. There was easy access to the mountain for skiing, and we received a free coupon for night skiing the night we arrived, and for ice skating for the time we stayed.

Review 24:I loved that complimentary breakfast was included, however we came downstairs at 8am which is fairly early and they were out of most items.

Review 25:The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It was a great location.

Review 26:The wifi was pretty slow, and the bar/restaurant close pretty early, but it was an overall great place to stay.

Review 27:All the amenities you need on vacation are in the hotel. Hot tub, lounge, bar, and restaurant. No reason to leave, except to ski all day of course.

Review 28:The shower. One of the worst showers ever. I am 5'8 and I had to duck down quite a bit to get my head under water and the shower pressure was too harsh. Felt like needles.

Review 29:The views and location are great. The room was comfortable.

Review 30:Staff and stay were great!

Review 31:none

Review 32:location and view

Review 33:Needed more quality food options.

Review 34:3 hot tubs, very pet friendly, good location

Review 35:limited covered parking

Review 36:Nice size room with comfortable beds. Bus route is really helpful.

Review 37:The "uppity" staff, this is a mountain town, not aspen. The bed was horrible!

Review 38:How close to the mountain it was

Review 39:The hotel seemed dirty, and the room was uncomfortably hot and stuffy. Food was awful.

Review 40:They had complimentary granola bars.

Review 41:Probably needed more staff during breakfast (had to wait for replenishments).

Review 42:Employees made us feel comfortable with our pet.

Review 43:The breakfast - great way to start the day and available at a good time to be ready for the first lift of the morning

Review 44:Restaurant is terrible-- Facilities, especially 6th floor hot tub, are excellent

Review 45:Nothing

Review 46:Friendly staff from front desk to bar to cleaning staff, excellent location, great view of slopes, good little breakfast

Review 47:2 of the 3 jaquizzi's were out of commission. Not good after a long day skiing.

Review 48:The staff was excellent, very professional and friendly

Review 49:Not enough parking spots...

Review 50:The front-desk staff Chelsea is so helpful and accommodating! She helped make our trip a lot easier!

Review 51:Location

Review 52:The location to the mountain is surreal. The slopes are literally your back yard.

Review 53:Staff was very helpful; we were able to walk to the lift; and the hotel was extremely pet-friendly.

Review 54:Night skiing pass and breakfast the next morning

Review 55:breakfast the eggs were bad

Review 56:Price for area Comfort Staff

Review 57:Some noise from other rooms seeping in during the night but they had interesting conversations.

Review 58:I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again

Review 59:Nothing really..

Review 60:The staff was very accommodating and friendly from beginning to end and the area very beautiful ,calm , and picturesque

Review 61:The pillows on our king size bead were very, very small although the bed was extremely comfortable.

Review 62:The proximity to the mountain for skiing was great and the facilities were better than expected.

Review 63:Parking was troublesome at times

Review 64:Friendly and helpful staff, breakfast each morning vey enjoyable, great view of the mountains, and many shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues were close by. The shuttle service was great!

Review 65:Diner (blackbear grill) had only limited options of grilled food. It was quite pricey, but quality was very good!

Review 66:Beds are super soft, like sleeping on a cloud! We had spectacular views of the mountains. Breakfast was good and divers enough to not eat every day the same. Lockers for winter sport equipment came very handy Staff very helpfull Hot tub, super great!

Review 67:You need the elevators to get to many areas and there can be a wait. When I arrived the garage was full so they had to valet my car this meant I had to fully unload the car instead of being able to access it. My key didn't work to the 5th/6th floor hot tubs. The heating/cooling system was a bit dated with no thermostat but it did work. If you eat at the restaurant in the hotel, there is a resort fee of approx. 5% -- no big deal for my modest order but I heard other guests complain.

Review 68:Very nice place, I was amazed at the value. They included a hot breakfast as well. Walking distance to chair lifts and they are flexible about letting you continue to use hotel facilities after you check out. The room was nicely apportioned. Can't say enough good things about the attentiveness and graciousness of the staff.

Review 69:The hotel is not perfect and there were a few annoying noises but it would'nt stop me staying there again

Review 70:The hot complimentry breakfast was great, the free energy bars in the foyer were great, the staff were great,a short walk to the ski lifts was easy. If i did'nt live so far away i'd be there every month!

Review 71:Maintenance staff Bathroom Parking No room service No pool Cleanliness of room

Review 72:Convenience to the slopes Front reception Cable programming Wifi Breakfast

Review 73:"Resort fee" of 15.00 per night tacked on at check out. Should have been told about this when booking. I feel it's a dishonest way to get people who price shop to stay there and then up the rate when you check out. Very bad business I think.

Review 74:View, bed, short distance to lifts.

Review 75:very slow elevator, need additional elevators and easily accessible stairs. people need to be more encouraged to pick up after their dogs on the trail between hotel and lifts

Review 76:freebies like night skiing and Nordic helpful staff valet parking

Review 77:A bit expensive... being alone. The price is right for the service and the location, but I had not too many choices.

Review 78:Staff was kind, helpful and smiling. The room was comfortable and clean

Review 79:The air conditioning was uncontrolable. The WiFi was of very poor signal we had to use that of the Lodge, which was just a little better.

Review 80:Everything else...

Review 81:everything was awesome. Thank you booking.com you guys are great in my book :) send me some promo code for my next reservations. thank you, Cyrus

Review 82:The parking was insufficient. They were mechanical issues with the elevator.

Review 83:The beds were very comfortable, view was great, staff was very friendly. Great breakfast!

Review 84:At night there were parking dificculties. Safebox located too high for seniors

Review 85:Room with a beautiful view and very spacious. Excellent and nutritious breakfast.

Review 86:Down/swiss comforters would have been nice. Sheets and blankets were two short, bed should be made with blankets at the top of the matttress, reaching the headboard. More recent updates to room and bath would have been nice.believe its time for hotel to be updated.

Review 87:Liked the breakfast very much and the cheeseberger ordered through room servicem

Review 88:The heaters in the room don't work on a thermostat so you can easily wake up in the middle of the night super warm.

Review 89:Close to the Mountain House area.

Review 90:outdoor hot tub, food in the lodge

Review 91:Perfect spring skiing location. Short drive to A-Basin, Great breakfast and helpful staff. I'll be back next spring!

Review 94:Restaurant has good food.

Review 95:It's an old hotel and the price

Review 96:They have hot tubs with an amazing view

Review 97:outside spa was fab
