Review 1：at lunch the early restaurant was closed and there was no interest to open the other restaurant. in the evening just the reverse happened. we could not get anything to eat!

Review 3：The receptionist C was very friendly &accommodating As I thanked her for working on CHRISTMAS DAY her response was POSITIVE & she was very very passionate when speaking with me as she was checking me in:-) She is very much customer oriented & would like to thank her AGAIN for making my stay a pleasant visit:-)
Review 4：Handicap parking was further away then regular parking. Room service prices were exorbitant. Pillows not comfortable.

Review 6：Ice machines were not working on 5 floors, they were empty, and they were not cleaned. I asked for ice to be brought up to our room and they said within 15 minutes but it never came. Pool was murky so we did not go in. Bed was very firm and uncomfortable.

Review 10：We found the breakfast buffet to be expensive although it was very good. But $50.00 for two was a little steep.

Review 12：Thermostat was a joke. Heat didn't work even when we raised temperature to 82 degrees. The building has a somewhat awkward design that makes internal circulation on the room floors a bit tricky.

Review 30：The only dislike was you only get 30 min. of free Wi-Fi. Otherwise it is $10 a day.
Review 31：I liked that there were no comforters on the bed. All linens could be washed so the bed was 100% clean.I really dislike comforters because most hotels hardly ever wash them. So the Hyatt has the right idea about this. Needed a bottle opened and the bartender in the bar opened it with a smile.
