Review 1：Nothing to mention here. I saw several comments related to the distance to the seaside. As long as you have a car, there are no reasons to worry - it's only several minutes to get there by car!
Review 2：Ideal location for a getaway/vacation. Amazing and incredibile sea view directly from the room. The complex is new, with white furniture, rooms are spacious and clean. The kitchenette is well equipped. There is a washing machine, as well, but we didn't use it. We've been given a bottle of chill Bulgarian white wine and a bottle of water upon our arrival. The man who met us and takes care of the complex (unfortunately didn't catch his name) was very professional, friendly and willing to help. He speaks Bulgarian, English and even Russian. Regarding safety of the car over the night - even we were concerned a little bit in the first night (considering the well-known legends on this topic), there are no reasons to worry about. There is a private parking of the complex with a barrier and access is allowed only to the guests. On 14th and 15th of August (from 20:00 to 21:00) each year there is a Festival of Fireworks in Kavarna and they run the show directly on the beach. It was a really amazing experience for us, as we enjoyed the show directly from the terrace of the room! The terrace of the room we stayed in is an excellent place to serve the breakfast and dinner, having the breathtaking sea view. Stayed there 3 days in the middle of August and would highly recommend it to anyone. Would come back there anytime and I hope we'll do it!
Review 3：This is advertised as sea view, and that's the reason we were prepared to spend an above average price for Bulgaria for this room. However we got a studio on the ground floor, and because of the terrace the sea was not visible from the room! When we pointed this out to the manager he basically just shrugged his shoulders. The building is set up is such a way that people in other studios on the same floor or above can see directly into your bed. The kitchen utensils were dirty with fried oil.

Review 5：There is no walk way to the beach - would be great to build at least a simple path. Now you have to take the car for 3 minutes drive. The beach gets interrupted pretty soon on the sides. You can only walk for 5 minutes to the right and 3 min to the left. The area looks a bit depressing with cheap looking buildings around and no sparkle. I find Bulgaria a bit sad nowadays overall, including people. I've felt more spirit lifting on the Romanian coast, but that comes together with terrible crowds compared to the silence in Bulgaria.. matter of choice.
Review 6：The fantastic view to the sea through the large windows. Size of the appartment, almost 80 sqm. Silence of the place as there is no other building near and the parking is on the opposite side of the building. Also not crowded. The large terrace with chairs where you can sun bath in the after noon. Having a well equipped kitchen. Restaurant Balgarska on the beach at the bottom of the hill. Great food and atmosphere. The white piano music and the voice singer of smooth music contributes to it.

Review 13：The apartment was dirty. We arrived on time but the apartment wasn't ready. There was sand in the drawers and in the wardrobes, the bathrooms weren't sanitized, in fact they haven't been cleaned at all which was pretty disgusting, the coffee machine was very dirty with coffee lefr from the previous tourists. The air conditioning was only in the living room and since our bedroom was headed east and south, it was extremely hot.
Review 14：The view was absolutely breathtaking! The two bedroom apartment we booked was spacious with big bedrooms, big bathrooms, big terrace and big livingroom. Everything was very nice and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Review 17：The view, as probably everyone said already, is quite amazing. The terrace on the ground floor studio is huge and the room was really clean. You can find restaurants on the beach - 20 minutes walk or 5 minuts by car (di Mare Restaurant has great, cheap food).
Review 18：In one of the bathrooms the 2 towels had some stains on it, even if they were washed (probably someone used them at the beach). The shower not having a small cabin and all the water flooding the entire bathroom is a little strange but you get used to it.
Review 19：The location is indeed great, the terrace has a nice sitting area where you can stay and enjoy the view. Rooms are very spacious, bedrooms are nice and and beds are comfy. The is 24/7 security, a barrier when entering the complex and there are enough parking places.
Review 20：The distance to the sea ( aprox. 500 m) The roads from Kavarna, but is not the aparthotel problem, this is the whole area problem.

Review 22：There is nothing around, but this is not a problem at all. This is the charm of that place.
Review 23：The best view I ever had. The apartment is very big and bright. The architectures did a nice work, so the whole wall facing the see can be opened in order to link the room with the terrace. Very new and clean. It has all necessary households for staying for a long period of time.
Review 24：on we've booked the apartment was announced that it is the single room left and also that is not available for reservation from Fri-Sun but only Fri-Mon (3 nights only); when we arrived there, big surprise - entire building was complete empty, we've been the single tourists there... Second - we can't pay by credit card, only cash to the single person existing there - a security guy, not speaking English but only Bulgarian... No coffee or tea in the room, you need to come with everything what you need (including towels, shower gel, etc) Bottom line: services offered for the price asked by the owner is not fair at all

Review 26：- Kavarna has almost nothing to offer. The town itself is a bit depressing and very hard to get around. The beach was OK. - Our electric stove didn't work. First we thought we didn't know how to use it. Emailed owner to ask for instructions but didn't get a reply. Then it sometimes worked but mostly it didn't. Also, water heater was sticky and greasy inside. The kitchen had an electric vent but no button to turn it on. No instructions to use anything in the kitchen. - A hair dryer would have been a nice addition. - Pictures on website don't really show the studio apartments. Studio means no bed - you only get a couch that can be converted into a bed. We decided to pay extra for a regular apartment with bed. It was a good choice.

Review 28：Unfortunately, Kavarna isn't at all as nice as the complex itself. It's pretty deserted and the very few cafes near the beach are lacking english speaking waiters. There is only one exchange house, in the city, which is 2-3 km far from the beach. Also, the beach isn't clean and organized, and it's also pretty far from the complex.
