Review 28：family of four adults tried to watch tv on one couch that seats three, very scarce furnishings, beds were comfortable but they need some place to set luggage besides the floor, a rug would be nice also, our room had all tile floors with no rugs at all, hard on feet, and it was raining so we had to place a towel on the floor by the front door, very basic. Very, very expensive for what we got.

Review 30：Let me start by saying how misleading the previous reviews about thisplace are; for sure the fake "excellent place" reviews werewritten by the owners of this awful motel. This is for sure not the #1hotel in Treasure Island!!! We have been coming to this area for adecade and staying at great places such as the Marriott and SunsetVistas. Unfortunately we decided to try something new. What a mistake!About the owners: the lady who owns this place is extremely rude on top of her huge language barrier; we couldn't understand half of what she said. She is bossy and does not respect costumers' concerns and complaints at all (as written by another costumer before on a real review). We felt very unwelcome for bringing children. They also charged extra for our children!!!Why is not safe for children? the floor tiles are very slippery in the entire unit. My kids felt badly and my daughter got injured twice. You need to keep drying the floor with towels all the time. The rooms are not child proof! Another big problem is the location. There is a long walk to the beach, which is NOT simply across the street. You have to walk all way to the pedestrian crossing area in order to safely get to the beach through the heavy traffic. It took us about 10-15 min to walk to the beach with all the umbrella/ stroller/ chairs etc!!!Rooms: we stayed at a 2-bed and the AC does not cool down the second/porch addition bedroom. It gets super cold in one room and super hot in the other room. There are no curtains and some of the blindes are broken. That means you will be up early with the sunrise!Service: they only provide few kitchen utensils. Towels only once for your whole stay. We try to find the owners at the office but no one to be found when we needed help. They don't provide cleaning products but expect you to leave the rooms clean or you may be charged!!Check out is at 10 AM!!!! No option for extended hours?!? What?!?

Review 31：Lack of noise, the accommodation had been built around a pool close to the main Gulf Highway but without the noise problem you would expect with this location. Five minutes walk away from a beautiful sandy beach which was not at all crowded during the two weeks we were there. The owners were very helpful, facilities were spotless and cleaned daily. We were given a bottle of wine on arrival and tea/coffee supplies were refilled as needed.

Review 32：For me the location was ideal as I was attending a high school reunion The Bungalow was literally a half a block away. The unit exceeded all expectations. Roomy, clean, large shower. It was like a one bedroom apartment which immediately gave me a sense of home away from home. Full kitchen with a complimentary bottle of wine. The staff made you feel welcome upon arrival until the time of departure. Thank you Gordon and Tatyana for a wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

Review 33：The bed was very close to the floor and the mattress was not comfortable. The pool and room were not as big as we were led to believe by pictures but again facilities were very clean.

Review 39：Absolutely the cleanest and best maintained motel I have ever stayed in. Located across the street from the beach, within walking distance of John's Pass Boardwalk with shops and restaurants aplenty. The owners demonstrate pride of ownership. Pool is small but beautiful. Shuffleboard court, laundry facility, fresh water with fruit slices placed out by the pool each afternoon. Very pleasant and relaxing and the owner and his wife are very gracious.

Review 40：My only recommendation would be to keep the phone number of The Bungalows handy because the office is actually located in their home and we had to call in order to check in, ask a question and to check out.

Review 52：Friendly, helpful owners and an "old Florida" type motel that's been nicely renovated. Rooms are simple but have everything you need. Lovely pool area and quite close to the beach. We would have loved to have stayed longer.

Review 53：I would have preferred a king sized bed. They did not have any at all. The entry door was a little difficult to open and close. I do remember them saying that they would be replacing it soon. The bathroom was on the small side, a bad layout.

Review 59：Our room was newly remodeled and clean. The pool was nice, and the location is great-- right across the street from the beach. We especially liked the owners-- they were super friendly and helpful, and clearly wanted to make sure we were comfortable. They even provided a complimentary bottle of wine in our room.
