Review 1：The room is a bit small. We requested a king size bed, but they still gave us a two-bed room since the other one is not available. The address is a bit hard to find

Review 16：it was sure worth for the money... there was this one receptionist who tried to charge additional as soon as she got the chance but then the head of the staff was really kind enogh to come over and solve the issue without any trouble at all. Apart from that one person everything about that hotel is just perfect. I would categorize this hotel more towards the high four or even five star hotel standard. Review 18：Comfortable beds Nice rooftop pool Beautiful bathroom with strong shower Quiet but very central We extended our stay for 5 days and asked for a special discount as hotel was just changing name from OZO to Premier Inn. We were shown a price, but at checkout we learned that this was a misunderstanding. My busness attitude is: a deal is a deal. The manager finally agreed to this, even so such customer friendly decision is no usual in Thailand. I respect this very much. Good to see hotels who really value their customers!
Review 19：The room was not ready at 2:pm check in.Had to wait until 3, but the receptionist was very professional in explaining.
Review 20：The rooms were excellent, well designed, very clean. We had a very peaceful 2 nights, very quiet when you got in the room. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and local shops, easy to get to the nightlife.

Review 23：There are a lot of ants in room but they hide in holes.They charge me 200 bath for dirty sheet of pillow in the first night of stay. I explain to staff of reservation .That dirty disappearance after washing .because the dirty was from the colour of hair but she didn't agree and charge me.i left this hotel and later I washed sheet and disappearance dirty. I stayed for 4 nights in this hotel. Frist of all I want to say 200 baths is not important for me but better was hotel charge me after washing sheet of pillow if there was dirty sheet too

Review 31：Theirs rules that you only can take a girl per day to your room!! I'm not referring about bring 2 girls at the same time... No, during 24 hours you only can bring 1 girl to your room!!!! Otherwise you must pay more!! This is the most stupid rule i had ever heard in Pattaya!! Other big big bad luck i had during my stay.... The night staff don't command any respect and a group of Russian guys have a fight for 2 hours in the hall of the rooms:(!! No one could sleep! Right in the front door of hotel, guys throwing up, and no one from the staff do something:(!!

Review 39：Having to move rooms half way through my holiday, because the roof had collapsed during heavy rain and flooded the top floor. Even though it was just a year old, it was starting to look grubby with dirty paint work. There was a smoking area right outside the front door when non smokers (self included) had to inhale smoke on entering and leaving the building. The stepped area to the entrance of the hotel was never swept or washed down and stank of cigarette smoke. Rooms were very small considering and comparing the price with other hotels. Very noisy in the corridors, you could also clearly hear intimate noises from adjoining rooms. The View from my room, represented typical British allotment sheds (very Poor)

Review 59：Still a new hotel. Room has all the necessary amenities. Everything still works. Friendly reception staff who explained the hotel's policies quite clearly. Great roof top pool. Central location - 10-15 minutes by foot to Walking Street and Beach Road. Behind Avenue Mall so those that are looking for all the Western brands such as Starbucks, McD;s, etc will be quite happy. Quiet enough for a good's night rest (except for a small bar playing karaoke music but it was not an inconvenience).

Review 78：Very small rooms, small beds, and no balcony. If you are a smoker, this hotel is not for you, since the whole hotel is non-smoking. Good if you don't smoke. Bathrooms are clean, but, water goes out of the shower area so expect a wet bathroom floor all the time. Elevator is too slow, breakfast is so-so. Choose a different hotel.

Good access to Second Road through the shopping centre. Pool was nice and well maintained.
Review 88：The only thing we did think about was the fact you have to walk through the dining area in order to get to the pool, so it was an unusual Set up but nothing bad!
Review 89：Staff were so friendly- Sayan and the cleaners always did a great job and made us feel welcome. Reception staff made sure to help us book taxis and went out of their way to phone the bank when I lost my debit card! The pool was clean and quite big, great for swimming lengths. Our rooms werent too small, the were clean and we were offered fresh towels on our third day. It was near to the most popular locations such as the beach, walking street, shops and markets. Food was brilliant, my friend definitely recommends the thai red curry!
