Review 1：The TV cable went out every 10 minutes and we couldnt watch a movie at all. The staff stated, " yeah, it does that". There was a dead roach inside the microwave

Review 2：The room was spacious and comfortable. Great having a refrigerator.

Review 3：There were bugs near the main door of the room and one big cockroach was in the shower.

Review 11：But upon entering room it stunk of old cigarette smoke and was clearlymarked as non smoking, which is what we paid for! We called front deskto inform them of smoke odor and were told "I'm sorry, I wishwe had another room I said okay, well it's late (checked on late) sowe stay jist want make sure not going to blame us for smell. They saidno. We turned air on and tried to settle in but the ac kept making aratchet clanking noise. By now I have a headache from the stink. Sohubby and I decide we are done and gather our things. He goes to frontdesk, which is someone differnt and is told, well sir I don't knowthey said that, we do have another room. Seriously! So we waste our time(on our anniversary by the way) and money on a smelly room with aclanking ac when there were others available. Hubby told them well wealready packed up now to hit road, if ya'll had told us before wecould've just moved rooms. They wouldn't even give partialcredit given the mess.clerk kept saying if they won't do that.Won't be returning here. Then I called to speak to management thatweek and was asked to leave message and have yet to receive a callback...over 2 weeks! I gave this place a chance to right it andhaven't so here is my review!

Review 15：Great value for a room for the night. Staff at the night desk was very nice, room was very clean. Only gripe was I could not get my wifi connected all night until maybe midnight, and then it decided to work. Not sure if it was my computer, the motel, or maybe too many people using it at the same time. Once it was connected it was very fast though, which was great. Location is not the best, but it's near some small diners and a walk to mcdonalds/7-11. Otherwise you'll need to drive.

Review 16：The older gentleman at the desk wasnt very pleasant and they used flat sheet for fitted, which i dislike because they come off so easily and you have to re tuck.

Review 17：Well it use to be best western so when i booked it i knew it would be nice, but its not anymore its the Inn. Very clean and very nice for the money. Who ever housrkeeping is they done a hell of a job!!!!. Bed comfy, water nice and microwave and fridge.

Review 20：I stayed by myself for 2 nights, didn't expect much. It was the most affordable, not fancy hotel in a pretty good location but really surprised me. It was real quiet too! The staff was super nice, the room was clean, I had a tv with lots of channels, including hbo, a mini refrigerator, and continental breakfast. Happy customer here! I'd recommend it to anyone. Only thing I didn't use was the pool but it looked like a nice enough pool to use.

Review 21：Wifi did not work for me. It was late so I didn't call down to frontdesk. Motel was hard to find due to sign out front just said killeen,not inn of killeen. Drove right by it!

Review 23：Was charged for a missplaced pillow.. my child had got sick while sleeping, and my wife was courteous enough to clean up that mess. Then separated that bedding for them

Review 25：My son got a deep cut on his leg because they have a huge open in the grass and it's not cover and my son ball roll over there and the hole is not nocitable and fell right in. And told manager and he didn't even care the cut was so deep he had to go get it check out.
