Review 1：We rent a 2 bed room for 6 people (5 adults, one kid) but the sofa was not nice to sleep in it, it's perfect for 4 adults (2 in each room)...
Review 2：the location, on paradize island, close to the beach, everything was perfect
Review 3：The reception is about at 4 miles from the structure and very pure information to find it, so we have lost 2 hours for the check in. We have paid 130 USD for the dog and in the booking confirmation there was not this information.

Review 5：customer service was horrible! I was charged double for my visit. I had paid in full online prior to my arrival. 311.36. I then notice before checking in that I was charged an additional 155.68. I called receptionist to inquire about charge. The guy that answered assured me that the matter would be taken care of immediately... honest mistake, no problem.When it was time to check out. I noticed that I was charged another 155.68. I then called the company to inform them that I had been charged there times. totaling 600 plus dollars. I was then connected to Katrina, the girl incharge of reservations. I am self employed and I would never speak to a client that way. To put it mildly, It's safe to say that she was less then enthused about resolving my issue. She went on to explain how the process works when making reservations via "BB" I then said, "that's all fine and good" but I too followed protocol when making reservations and paying online. Although she was clear that "BB" doesn't charged credit cards when someone makes a reservations, she was also clear that her company had not charged me three times and were not responsible for the mishap and that I needed to take the matter up with Booking Buddy.I then said to her that I had been charged three times. She then went on to tell me of their procedure as to how they bill customers. 155.68 upon checking in and 155.68 upon checking out. I mentioned to her that I had paid in full prior to my arrival via the internet and that my card was charged for 311.36. She then said it wasn't their fault and AGAIN said that I needed to call "BB" I told her that I should not have to call them because I do not have an agreement with them and that her company charged me... and it should be handled by their company. She was on the verge of upset. I could hear it in her voice. It was as if I was annoying her and this was not their (her) problem.

Review 13：No toilet paper, no dish soap, my room didn't have a fold out bed. Kitchen dishes were far from adequate for cooking, the iron in the laundry room was worn out. There was a small vacuum that feel apart when trying to clean your room. They don't provide soap, toilet paper etc. There was trash all along the pool. There were old chair's just sitting out side out room door. Our room was not clean found tons of trash under the couch and bed. Then when I called. They lady said "you get what you get" but did have the maintenance man go buy us an air mattress and 1 roll of tp. Then we go to check in and the office was located off the property about 6 miles away. Just wish I could of been told that. Very frustrating

Review 33：The refrigerator was in need of he rail that is supposed to hold milk and bottles is was broken and we lost milk and a bottle of wine on to the floor broken the bottom tray that covers the crisper draws was slit and far to small it kept falling in the crisper The show was clean but the water pressure was so low it took a long time to wash the soap of ones self a hand held shower would be far better than the regular shower head

Review 35：the beds were old and uncomfortable and the same for the couch. There was not a comfortable chair in the living room. the tvs were old and the remotes did not work well. the heater for the swim pool did not work so we were unable to utilize the pool.

Review 37：The check in office was about three miles away from the accomodation, and it seemed a bit irritating when we arrived after a long day of driving. On the other hand, the staff was very pleasant.
Review 38：The beach was right across a small street, and beautiful. The neighbors, most often others who have stayed at the property numerous times, were friendly and fun. The near neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, but you can walk to two beach bar/restaurants that are rather raucous if you want some excitement. Though our efficiency was small and we had a Murphey bed that folds into the wall, it suited us. If we had wanted to stay a longer time we may have wanted a larger place.
Review 39：We were a little surprised to find a "murphy bed" in ourlittle place. It was not mentioned in the ads on thecomputer/pictures.....BUT It was comfortable. The furniture allmoved pretty easy to accommodate watching the tv. We had a couple oflights out over the sink in the bathroom, but the maintenance took careof it right away. The love seat was a little soiled but we throw anextra blanket over it, and enjoyed sitting on it then.
Review 40：We had a very nice little cottage. Nice kitchen and bath. No"bugs".....We had a great location, back off the street, veryquiet. The sunsets were incredible! The heated pool was so nice andclean! We met a lot of nice people there. Everything was clean and neat.The patio area was clean also. All we had to do is walk across thestreet to the beach. Great time!
Review 41：Both TVs need work. When changing channels on the one in LR it would just run uncontrolable around the channels. The only way you could stop it was to shut it off. The one in the BR would not shut off. I had to unplug it.

Review 43：The property is not on the beach as advertised on its web site it is across the street from the beach. Also I was led to believe i would be staying in a one bedroom unit when in fact when i got there it was a one room unit with a murphy bed. The staff tried to blame booking.com for this yet it was on blue waters beach club's web site. i will never stay there again and will be sure i tell everyone i know to not stay there either!
Review 44：bulky furniture crammed into a tiny room, no closet space, no hangers in the tiny closet, no room to put an open suitcase, paper thin walls so when the neighbors were up late partying or watching tv, we were up too, like it or not.

Review 49：We came from ft lauderdale for the ravens game and loved the location. Only bad part is that the office is 10 mins north, but the staff was friendly and the house was awesome
Review 50：We arrived late Friday night at the after hours desk. We were told upon arrival that we were unable to stay in our room because there was no one over the age of 25 in our party (oldest was 22). We had to fight verbally with the desk clerk to get the room we had already put a deposit on. Nowhere in the policy that is sent through e-mail does it say you must be over 25, or any age at all. We had also spoken to several employees over the phone multiple times discussing what we still owed and what to expect before our stay; not a single on of them mentioned this policy either. If we hadn't argued our rights and insisted he read the document, 5 young women would have been cast out onto the streets to find another place to stay at 2:30 in the morning. Also, be sure to bring your own toilet paper. We ran out before the end of our stay (they only supply two rolls in a 6 occupant house with two bathrooms.) There is also no wi-fi available so whether on business or leisure, you will be using data on your phone for the entire stay or unable to use a business laptop.
Review 51：The location was great. We were right across from the beach and didn't have to pay for parking. We were close to a Publix shopping center and a 7-11 to buy groceries and other necessities. We were also within a short drive to St. Johns Pass where parking was affordable and we were able to shop at leisure.
