Review 1：Hard to find anythink for dislike. Only perhaps that parking with more than 4 cars can be a litte bit tricky. My advice - contact the owner in advance!

Review 2：We'd been there now for several times and several days ... Very helpful and friendly staff! It's no proplem that english is not very common. The owner was always reachable by phone and very helpful! Perfect breakfast at the top floor.

Review 5：I stayed for 5 nights. Very friendly and helpful staff. They tried their best with my wifi connections. They accurately directed me to the sightseeing. And every time I entered the hotel they welcomed me and asked if there is something I need. Although it is a 3 star hotel service is excellent and if I ever visit Van again, definitely this is my place...

Review 6：Rather noisy corridors and rooms (no carpeting in the bedrooms and a big air gap under all the doors). Strangely irregular finishing times for breakfast (stated to end at 10.00 but one day the food was being cleared away at 9.15). Rather cold bland décor to rooms. Noisy Iranian families!

Review 7：A new modern safe hotel, one of many built after the post-Van earthquake building boom. In a quieter street a little away from the town centre but within 10 minutes walk of it. Friendly staff. Room size OK. Rooms have air conditioning, a small TV, and a mini fridge.

Review 11：The location is closed to the city of center. You can find many restuarant around and bus ticket center. While the whole town could not speak english, the hotel owner speak english fluently and was very helpful and give u useful information. The hotel also arrange one day trip to many places.

Me, My mother stayed for 4 nights. 1 Star Hostel. - At check-in Bed sheets was dirty, blood stain - Housekeeping Daily service was very Bad, Room did not cleaned, bed sheets haven't changed for 3 days until our protestation, Bathroom was always wet. - There were no Tissue box at Room - There were no Iron unlike Booking.com confirmation. - WiFi did not work in our room. - Breakfast was dirty, Tomato were dirty, Bug in the Jam, They collect Half-eaten stuff from peoples dishes and put it on the serving table. - lettuce on the breakfast was too old, yellow and not eatable. - They have cheated about Free Parking, They don't have Parking at all. They help you to find a Parking lot beside the street. - There were no Ice facilities. - One lamp from two was broken in the room. - They shut most of lights off and dark in the shared areas, because of electricity cost.

Review 18：*****At total is good hotel***** 1) The nights (between 12 - 2:00) a lot of noise in the corridor,I'm not sure that were staff or passengers,This was repeated two nights 2) they don't undrestant English 3) there is'nt any microwave or heating 4) there isn't any water coolers, and for boiling water you need to go ground floor and want it from staff! 5) The price of food, drinks and water in the refrigerator was double of markets! 1) شب ها از ساعت دوازده تا دو نصف شب سر و صدای صحبت و بازو بسته شدن درها بود که تقریبا در هر سه شب اقامتم وجود داشت، البته دو شب خیلی بیشتر بود، البته مطمین نیستم که کار پرسنل بوده باشد چرا که وقتی درب را باز کردم تا مطمین شوم صدای دزدگیر درب اتاقم در اومد و زود بستم! البته این خودش نشون میده که کار مسافرین نبوده 2) اونها تقریبا اصلا انگلیسی بلد نیستن و شما باید دیکشنری ترکی همراه داشته باشین 3) از گرمکن یا مایکرو ویو خبری نیست 4) در کل هتل هرگز آبسرد کن نمی بینید. اگر هم آبجوش بخواید باید برید و از قسمت پذیرش بخواید (خواهش کنید) که بهتون بده، البته میگن راحت باش و هر وقت خواستی بگو! اما اگه در دسترس بود بهتر بود 5) یخچال پر بود از خوردنی هایی که قیمت آنها روی یخچال در یک نوشته وجود داشت و البته قیمت ها دقیقا دو برابر سوپر مارکت ها بود

Review 65：Overall this property offers a pretty good value for the price, the rooms are quite nice and comfortable but you can hear all that is happening in the corridor and the hotel is very popular with Iranian tourists who are very nice people but travel in groups of 10 and above so there is a lot of door slamming, shouting across the corridor etc....Also, the staff speaks no English at all
