Review 1：Matteres and couch could be up dated the couch could not of been used as a pull out for another couple this is my only fault

Review 3：I didn't like that there was limited towels and if you need it more you had to pay extra.

Review 4：It was clean but the kitchen cabinets and bedroom cabinets need to be repair same of the drawers were broken.

Review 5：I didn't like that fact it said beach view. There was no way possible we could see even a sliver of the Gulf. It says sleeps 4 NO WAY. Dishes were not clean very old probably wouldn't come clean anyway. This was not at all we we expected.

Review 7：I liked being right on the beach for a great price. Staff was very friendly and the room was very clean! Overall, nice place.

Review 8：The Wifi is aweful!!! Signal strength is great, but I would guess there is only one broadband line for the whole block, so if it isnt the middle of the night then just forget it! It is not a hotel, so you need to arrive when the reception is open otherwise you must have pre arranged key pick up. Leaving a request on the booking.com booking form is not good enough. If you are not from USA, it is very hard to get this arranged since the phone number is an answering service and the person who responds is unable to make international calls. I didnt find an email address so couldnt communicate that way. Result.. we arrived at midnight and it was all locked up. Not happy campers! Apart from these two major issues it was all great

Review 9：The 3rd floor up with the south facing balconies had a great angled view over the beach (great sunrises). The north facing apartments just looked at the mariott. The pool and Spa were both heated to a very good temperature. We were happy in the pool when the air temp was 42F!!!!!!! They provide a welcome pack of paper towels, dish cloths, scrubbers and liquid. Dishwasher tablets, coffee etc. great! But why are the salt and pepper pots deliberately empty?

Review 10：This condo has everything you need. Very clean and well kept. Room was comfortable! Location is great and right on the beach! The beach is huge with plenty of room so you don't feel crowded.

Review 11：I purposely got a place with a balcony so we could smoke, only to find out once I got there that we couldn't smoke on the balcony and could only smoke in the back parking lot! Every time I called the front desk they were rude. We were supposed to switch rooms during our stay on June 14 th. On June 13 th the cleaning lady knocked on our door and said you move now! So I called the front desk to ask about it and I was told it would make it easier because all the other guests were checking out in the morning. So we moved rooms a day early. The day before we left we were woke up to someone walking in our room! I'm guessing it was the cleaning lady because once she seen we were still in bed she left. The security guard( the older one) goes a little beyond the call of duty to the point were he's annoying!!!! He honestly gave me the creeps!!!! I never used the pool one time the whole week we were there because he's always standing around watching!

Review 12：Our room was clean and nice.

Review 13：The booking stated I was getting a gulf view and when I arrived I was told those aren't available through booking.com. They offered no concern and seemed annoyed I had asked. The bed was uncomfortable. Our first morning we had to move because our tub was leaking and flooding rooms below. Again no consideration just "here's a key to another room for you to move too." The interior halls had a meldew smell. Staff wasn't very friendly. Even though we had prepaid we came home a night early.

Review 14：There's a hot tub and plenty of chairs in the shade and in the sun. There is a nice grill area.

Review 15：The hot tub was occasionally overrun with children under 5 whose parents refused to obey the posted rules and allowed them to jump in while we seniors were trying to relax.

Review 16：Convenience to rooms on check in re: elevators and carts. Great saline Pool partially under building for shade and rain protection. Poolside barbeques and gazebo (one more would be great for games tables and evening meals). Rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped for 2-4 people. Beach and walkway access to stores, beach front restaurants and bars were very convenient. South side rooms best for sun and views due to highrise hotel on north side which blocks views.
