Review 1：Hotel is located on a side street and was a little bit difficult to find at first. Also the street was noisy during the night, a karaoke place close by. Same rooms are used for smokers and non-smokers, the carpet in the room needs to be replaced with laminate.

Review 2：English speaking staff, very friendly and helpful (giving advice, booking tickets etc). Central location, English channel on tv, adequate heating (winters are cold), breakfast included.

Review 4：Our room was clean, large and comfortable though smelled like someone had been smoking in there (was OK after opening the windows). The room was nice and quiet. Location was great. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Review 6：The staff is beyond all praises: very helpfull, attentive and ready to fulfill your requests. Besides there are many good cafes and restaurants nearby. Good location. Very pleasant people.

Review 8：Staff were very hospitable despite the fact they spoke little english. Staff always checked on us or always offered tea whenever we waited around in the lobby. Rooms were pretty big and clean. Appreciated that the wifi signal was strong. The hotel was also close to many eateries so it was convenient. The staff recommend and arranged for a taxi to bring us around the city for the day and the price was very reasonable so we were pleased with that.

Review 12：The staff were very polite and helpful, Sefer spoke great English and assisted me with anything I needed, the WiFi signal was great in the hotel room, and the location was excellent. They even give free tea to the room or lobby any time requested.

Review 24：Staff was amazing and far and away made up for any deficiencies in physical plant which was superior to the majority of hotels in eastern Turkey. They drove us to a pharmacy in the middle of the night. They parked our car for us each night. Whenever we walked into the hotel they treated us like gold. If go back anytime.

Review 29：There was no one on the front desk who could speak a language other than Turkish during the more than two hours that we circled the hotel by car lost, phoning in periodically for directions. There was no real window in the room, and this is true of a great many rooms. Instead, the "window" opened onto a 5-storey shaft with a skylight. This made for very little air or natural light in the room. There were frequent electrical failures, and one power surge destroyed our transformer/adapter.
