Review 1：The check in staff could have been a little friendlier, they were not busy but remained cold and abrupt at times. Checking out was a breeze though, always nice to have a smile and friendly chat upon leaving.

Review 2：The room was very nice and had everything we needed. The bar staff was superb and stayed late just to tend to the guests, very impressive!! The parking was excellent!

Review 7：The Hyatt House in Redmond is always our first choice to stay. Why? Their beds are extremely comfortable, but their free breakfast is a huge spread with many options. Even a made-to-order omelette! The decor is classy too. We feel welcomed here.

Review 8：I stayed on the 5th floor which is the top floor. The room was extremely noisy. I suspect that was due to some big machines placed on the roof. The air-conditioner also was extremely noisy not conducive to a good night sleep. I would have liked to have an oven in the room. There is variety in the pillows. All of them were very low. It would have been nice to have a variation of low, medium, and high pillows in the room.

Review 13：Stayed a week, 2 fire alarms (4am and 9:30 pm) going off in that time frame. Also first 2 days our room was not tidied up. I asked house maid why our room was skipped and he did not understand me so I went down the hall to find another to ask. She said the sign needed to be put on the door for service. First hotel I have stayed in that you have to put the notice on the door handle to have room tidied.

Review 17：The only complaint I have is when my wife and I stepped away from the breakfast table to grab some more food/drinks one of the waitresses threw our other food/drinks out before we were done.

Evacuating our family of 6, not an easy task just to find it was a false alarm. -second night, construction crew with bright lights and jackhammer working all night. Not fun. -they did not have product stocked for laundry after we paid for it.

Review 31：The wi-fi...yikes! We could only get our tablet to work outside on the balcony, and couldn't get the wi-fi on either of our phones to work at all. We even checked our settings and connected to Hyatt House, but other than that, getting online just wouldn't work.

Review 32：The room and entire hotel were immaculate. Dinner in the lounge was good, and the complimentary breakfast was the best we've ever had at a hotel. Most of the time, "free breakfast" includes a combination of maybe toast, eggs, breakfast meat, yogurt, and fruit. Generally not all of them. Hyatt House has all of the above plus oatmeal, muffins, several juices, Starbuck's coffee and an omelet bar. All of it was delicious. It was nice to sit on our balcony and overlook the people and dogs in the park. Also, being Redmond, we saw several exotic cars heading up or down the hill. My fiance loved it...Ferraris, Lamborghinis, a Viper and a convertible R8. With early check in, and check out not until noon the next day, it was great to have our room for almost 24 hrs.

Review 33：- Wifi was slow and didn't work on our last day. I realize that networking for hundreds of people is difficult, but this was disappointing.- Suite seemed to be advertised as having a separate bedroom with King bed. This could have been my fault in not reading the description as fully as I should have. Room was still very comfortable, and quiet. - Seating in lobby was nice looking, but not very functional. Extremely uncomfortable couches and chairs.
