Review 1：For the room, we asked for a garden view but we were placed in a room near the washing area/staff area which was a bit noisy even if we closed our window, we could still hear sounds from the outside (clanging pans and etc). We also asked for a first floor room since this hotel has no elevator but they put us in the 3rd floor room. We asked these requests a month before our arrival but they never considered it nor acknowledge our requests. Upon our arrival, that was only around 2 pm (usual time for check in), they already deducted my credit card, for me, it was unusual since they never even asked if I want to changed my mode of payment which I was thinking to changed at that time.

Review 2：Location- from Suvarubhumi airport, it takes around 2 hours to pattaya for 40 bhat and should get off at the first bus stop (north pattaya), then you can walk straight but its too far so either take a taxi or the bhat buses in pattaya. The hotel has two swimming pools and near the beach so perfect for lots of sun and fun in the beach. Room- clean, small but complete with amenities, with bathrobe and pair of slippers. Small toilet and bath also but its worth for its price. Breakfast - lots of varieties, delicious and nice staff, never regretted my extra fee for the breakfast. Wi-fi was fast during our stay. Staff- were friendly and answered our questions nicely.

The staff are doing their best to contain them. You probably should not go to Thailand if you cannot stand insects anyway. Note: No bed bugs spotted though :)

Review 13：When we arrived we were told that they reserved three rooms on the 4th floor but unfortunately there is no elevator.so we had no choice but to move to amari ocean at an extra cost of 1100 baht per night.And if we want to cancel we had to contact booking.com all this was at 9.30 pm after a tiring journey.

Review 16：I did not like the way I was treated in terms of paying to the hotel via my credit card. The hotel wanted to charge me like 50,160 Baht more than that I booked for via Booking.com. The hotel wanted to charge me (exchange) in accordance with the their hotel rate rather than credit their agreed Bahts. I was furious and I had to call the manager. After a long confrontation, she agreed to debit the hotel offered Bahts and let the exchange international market rate to apply. I was shocked for this encounter because it was my first experience out of all travels that I have made in Pattaya.

Pool area was fab. Plenty of space. Hotel is situated in North pattaya across from the beach. Little bit quieter which was perfect for us and the trip downtown us only about 5 minutes in a tuktuk which is very cheap.

Review 44：Make sure you have the address on you. The taxi drivers weren't sure which was Amari Gardens. It seems the Amari hotels are altogether by the beach. No lift two flights of stairs. It's big so checkout isn't quick. Didn't like Pattaya but we did know what to expect!!

Review 50：Almost everything. We had very bad experience of room assigning. First, we went to the Amari Garden where we originally booked, we were so tired and checked in in early evening and we been told that we were upgrade to another building which means we have to put our luggages back to the car and drive to another building. We left mobile phone when we book and we will appreciate if they call us so we can go straight to the building that they assigned for us. Once we arrived, we have the first room which have a sound of machine buzz, it buzzes every 30 seconds and we think it will gone but it doesn't. We asked for the room moving the staff gave us the second room which face a pool and a blast noises of Indian Party and Indian song !!! OMG, you have guests who have a problem with noises and tired and want to sleep and have a room issue, why you give us the room just above the party. We called them and they said the party will be over at 10 pm but we couldn't wait. The staff then give us the room no. 3 but it was like we have no luck with Amari!!! the room no. 3 is noises from the wake up call set of the next room, it is not hotle's fault but it was clearly that staff just random me the room without checking the room first. Moreover, the room no. 3 have no foot mat, hand towels and face towels. No toothbrush kits then I called to ask for 2 sets of toothbrush, lady HK brought them to the room with a complain face and speak to me that toothbrush are already set in the drawer, deep down in the drawer. BUT IT WASNT THERE!!! You are not set the room properly, no supervisor double check the standard, no pre-check for guests who room move. It is so poor and disappointing. No more Amari.
