Review 1：When I checked in, the water was disconnected in the whole building. I brought food for the get together I was having and had no way of keeping the food cold. My pasta salad had to be thrown away

Review 5：This place is amazing! We needed a hotel last minute, and were able to book with Drury Inn & Suites. We arrived after 11pm, we're helped immediately and we're given a discounted rate for the king suite because we had a coupon. Had we known about their dinner and drinks every night, we would have tried to make it there earlier! The breakfast is nice. They have a good selection for hot breakfast and then of course your traditional items like fruits, cereal and pastries. This is a wonderful establishment, the staff are all very kind and the rooms are wonderful and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Review 6：The bed was soft, but a bit lumpy, and had a tendency to hammock. Also, the bath towels were terrible, thin and scratchy.

I would have expected more from being that i purchased a suite and the hotels reputation.

Review 15：Extremely old and outdated furniture in my room. Country patterned sofa with ruffles trim and fabric covered lazyboy "like" chair. For $200 per night, I feel the cost doesn't justify the hotel or location.

Hat's offto those fine people.

Review 32：Traveled with my dog but could not take advantage of dinner or breakfast. I was traveling alone and dog can't go into the dining area and I couldn't leave her in room as she might bark and disturb others. A little disappointing.

Review 45：The only downside was the congestion at the two elevators. There were two large groups of people staying the same night that we were and getting to and from our rooms was difficult. I did not ask or check to see if you had other elevators. If you do not and you ever do any expansion another set would be a great addition.
