Review 8：when we arrived there we wanted to pay our stay cost at the first day. they accepted and said the rest of our money will be repaid later, but the last day for checking out they said your money had been kept as deposit and now we have to pay in today rate.It really was not fair and right.

Review 10：They were very stingy, you should call for every thing even for a tooth brush, and other toiletries. The breakfast was normal, It was unbelievable that Elite World Van is a 5 star hotel.

Review 12：i stayed at elite hotel 13rd July till 18th july 2015 ( 5 nights) I was encouraged to choose elite hotel because of its facilities especial swimming pool , but I was informed that swimming pool is close when I arrives to hotel . if I knew this matter in advance I would may change hotel

Review 19：Friendly helpful staff who made our stay a pleasure..comfortable clean rooms, amazing breakfast. The sauna, steam room and baths were free to use and were thoroughly enjoyed more than once! Location was perfect, half way along one of the main roads in Van with everything a short walk away? Have stayed in many hotels all over the world, and this hotel was hard to fault.

Review 20：We ordered a non-smoking room but there was serious smell of smoke coming through the central heating. The breakfast is quiet limited. Hotel cards do not work in elavator and I had to change the cards 7 times during my 2 nights stay. Very very nuisance.

Review 22：we were three families, Some of the counter staff did not behave friendly, I never saw any smile on her, she spoke very imploitly and even offensive and gave us wrong information about the availablities of the rooms, smoker and non smoker rooms. we had to shift our three rooms and this didnt go easy for some of us. The computer system and procedure needs to be improved or to train the staff to work faster with the computers, Our booking number didnt appear in the system first and after 20 min checking only they found it! When checking out when we asked them to give us three differenc invoice just for our own references or just one different invoice, they refused first then they were puzzled! and it took around 30min to solve this.

Review 23：Friendly manager who helped us to solve our room problems. Good breakfast Good location on the main street of tourism, and next to a hypermarket, Clean but not much in swimming pool shower area. They can use plastic water absorber instead of towers on the ground, over all satisfied.

Review 39：Three of the rooms had A/C problems. Month is July and it was set on 28.5 degrees C. Two times technical assistance came to my room set it on 19, said it will cool down in half an hour... but the temp stayed on 28.5. It was a very hot night.

Generally staff were great, especially porters and restaurant staff, the exception are the reception staff - in all turkey in high end hotel the reception staff have an attitude I do not find comfortable. The spa facilities were great, and we really wanted to stay on in the hotel but our schedule didn't allow us - unfortunately. It is really was superb value for the price (80euro I think for a double). I would like to go back there again at some stage. Very clean and a lovely hotel. Ignore the other hotels and stay there and enjoy what it has to offer.

Review 86：The housekeeping did not clean the mugs in my room, on the first day i used the shower cap and when they cleaned my room they threw it away but did not replaced with a new one, the next morning it took almost 30 minutes to understand my request for a shower cap!! On the second day also, they did not replace my second towel so i ended up with only 1 towel in my room, however, they did replace the towels on my third day. English is a major problem with the staff in this hotel.

Spa/relaxation, fitness centre and large swimming pool, massage facilities are superb. Everything expected of a five star hotel and the only one in the region.
