Review 1：We had trouble with our air conditioning. Requested assistance and they sent a maintenance person but still had issues.
Review 2：Quiet room. Friendly staff. Great room for our group of 5.
Review 3：Came in for Volleyball tournament. Would have appreciated a hot breakfast starting 630am rather than 7 for athletes that needed to be on ct by 7. Also pricey for Hyatt Place!

Review 5：hotel is behind a convention center and a few miles from most things you'd want to do. Odd layout to have to wind around and through a large parking lot to the back of the convention center to find the hotel.

Review 7：That you don't take large dogs. My dogs are well behaved and quite. We do therapy work with them and they have their canine good citizen titles, It sad they are not allowed to stay with me. They behave better then the smaller dogs most often.

Review 13：I had stayed 3 weeks earlier using my govt. rate, even tho I had used Booking.com to reserve my room, but now, this time I wasn't able to use my govt. rate when checking in, very disappointed in the inconvenience, it seems as if there is no policy to follow, it should not be left up to the discretion of staff!

Review 25：Hotelier was able to get us checked in and in neighboring rooms at 08:00. Check out was easy and room was comfortable.
