Review 1：Furnishings are a bit dated. Didn't like the disposable plates/cups/cutlery at breakfast.

They had An assortment of poppy sead, poppy seed and poppy seed miniture muffins (yes the lil tiny ones from stop n shop) horrible coffee and really nothing else worth mentioning. Also the wifi was horrible!! Wouldnt stay again
Review 11：The location for this motel was great. It is right near the main drag. You can walk to Main st where all the good resteraunts are.

Review 19：The Staff was so nice ,the rooms were clean ,neat and had everything thing in the room we needed. Even coffee maker and pots and pans. We made our lunch and packed it before we checked out.
Review 20：no shower head in shower had to go to office to have them put one in. the tv didnt work only to find someone unplugged it. the door to the bathroom swelled so i got stuck in bathroom twice.thankfully my husband was in room to get me out.we checked out early we just didnt want to sleep another night in room.

Review 26：The room was clean but i saw a roach in the bathroom. Booked fast ferry from the hotel reception but was sold the vinyards - Hyannis return ticket (opposite direction). This resulted in wastage of 2 + hours as we waited for the ferry at the harbor.

Review 29：Firstly the front desk fellow was extremely friendly and most helpful, the room is lovely and big with a comfortable bed. A Free washing machine and dryer was available and a continental brekky is available in a sunny room, loved it and highly recommend people to stay.

Review 31：It had everything we needed, arranged just right. The details were just right. Location near the waterfront and town center was perfect. Just what I needed to get some walking in when not working.
Review 32：The only downside is the continental breakfast. store-bought muffins, white bread, plain bagels, yogurt cups, cold cereal, and some fruit about sums it up. This was not in any way a big deal, as there are plenty of good breakfast places nearby. It was just a little bit of a disappointment.
