Review 1：There was a bus tour staying same night so it was very busy and rather noisy.

Review 4：Friendly staff from the moment we walked in we were treated like the most important guests as I'm sure everyone else was. Great happy hour and breakfast included which added to the value. Free soft drinks were also available along with popcorn if you desired.

Review 5：We were unexpectedly in Indy for a sick family member. We had called to let them know we were at the hospital & arrived late. We were treated very compassionately. At our booking request, we had a very quiet room. Because of this we sent family members to this hotel to book a room to rest.

Review 6：I enjoyed my stay. The bathroom sink was slow to drain. There's no fan in the bathroom and the mirror wouldn't clear after a shower. The shower curtain was frayed. No deal breakers, but issues to deal with.

Bedding was dreamy, and the room was super quiet even thought we were next to the elevator and ice machine on a Friday night with hotel completely full. Breakfast and dinner were a blessing, totally unexpected but so appreciated. Next time I travel I will find a Drury Inn for sure!

Review 12：The pillows were not very comfortable. The bathtub water controls turned in opposite directions. The towels were EXTREMELY coarse and scratchy.

Review 13：Rooms were fairly large and very well maintained. Furnishings were like-new and contemporary. Beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Review 14：The rate would have been cheaper on their website. Also, if you are visiting because of someone in St. Vincent's there is another rate. Again, we were unable to reduce our rate because of how we booked. Front desk could not accommodate.

Review 16：Do not know how they do it in today's market, but no matter which one we find all the staff friendly and willing to go out of their way for you. They have a great breakfast and I say that even though I am not a big breakfast eater. I know it is not in the budget, but one breakfast during the weekend could you have bacon??

Review 17：Almost every time we have visited the Drury Inn the staff has been outstanding. Who select the people for the different jobs does it very well. It is also located near very good places to eat and shop We use it for football games at IU since it is only an hour away for the parking lot at the university.

Review 18：This was our 2nd time there because the 1st went so well. Staff is superb, knows you when you walk in and out, bend over backwards to accommodate your needs. The perks are very nice as well.

Review 35：They had carpet beetles & they knew it!! I had one in my suit casewhen I got home!! I called back to the hotel & explained that I sawone in the room on the pillow after I picked it up off the floor at thehotel. The manager described the bug to me & I described the bugback and they told me what it was & then insinuated that I mighthave already had them because a hotel was not the only place you couldget a carpet beetle. I explained to her that I have severe allergies& for that reason I dont even have carpet in my house. I was reallyupset and she only told me it was a carpet beetle because she did noywant me confusing it with a bed bug.

Review 42：Staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. We like having food in the evening as we were tired and really didn't want to go out and face the cold and snowy weather. The entries and parking lot were kept open after it snowed.

Review 43：We arrived at the hotel around 9pm and it had been snowing for a few hours. The night manager was outside shoveling the sidewalks and she saw us parking and she shoveled a path around our vehicle! Very nice! We have never had anyone do that before.
