Review 2：The staff are nice. Cleanliness is good and the location is excellent although is away from the main road as it has service bus for hotel guests travel to main road. Excellent.

Review 3：The pool was smelling. And the location is terrible because construction yards around, lot of noise and difficult to get around without a motorbike.

Review 10：* I asked for new towels and the manager had to call 5 minutes later complaining they already put new towels in the room. I had to fight for them not to take our towels away where there weren't any in the room. They had the nerve to send someone up to check where they found none just like us. * Whenever I asked for anything extra, it was a major problem! * At 9pm i was playing music with my weak laptop speakers but I was called to turn it down. The sign says 11pm to turn the noise down if you can count from laptop speakers being loud.. * The air conditioner was very weak. I stayed at 20 places in Thailaand this year and when i had a problem like this at 1 other place, they let me leave the air conditioner on when i went out. This was not allowed here where the key and card are fused together. I guess allot of other people have this problem and you can tell the owner of the hotel is extremely stingy. You had to wait 30-60 minutes for your room to cool down. * They charged my credit card twice where i took a photo with my phone to show my bank. Lucky enough they refunded my money when i checked my statement. * They wanted to increase the price by 200 baht a night on the 4th day so we left cause we had enough of the place. It felt like living with your parents as a kid who were always on your back if you did anything or ask for anything. We were a couple in our mid 30s and know how to understand rules, and don't party hard at our age.. * Food was very experience. 200+ baht basic Thai food. Western food 500+ baht (low season prices)

Review 14：No view from balcony of our room as the next plot is a construction site. A bit noisy, but not much hassle for us. The last order for restaurant was at 8:30 PM.

Review 20：The first night I arrived at 9.30 pm having had no sleep on the plane and really needed to sleep, however much to my dismay I was awoken in the middle of the night by a man screaming apparently he had an argument with a lady of the night. I reported this and they didn't seem to care, I asked for a refund and they said no. I decided to give them another chance and stay another night, low and behold the air conditioner was extremely noisy and could not change temp even though the remote temp changed, which meant I had arctic cold air blowing on my face, you couldn't turn the aircon off as the room would heat up. After trying to sleep until 1am I went downstairs and said it was intolerable and they sent a mechanic who twice thought he had fixed it but didn't and was extremely unpleasant to deal with, I ended up going downstairs arguing with the manager on the phone who gave the impression I was crazy and imagined it. They gave me a refund and I was forced to scramble and luckily after riding around I managed to find another hotel. This hotel is all about the rules with no flexibility and the service was curt and not friendly, the room was basic and uninhabitable, I would recommend any hotel would be better than this one, don't be misled as I was by the good review score.

Review 30：hotel is comfortable, location is in central and 5 minutes walking distance to Pattaya Beach and 15 minutes walk to walking street. But u have to cross through the opposite Avenue mall. If u look at the map, it will show you long street to reach the beach, just ignore this street. Very clean rooms, swimming pool is not bad and enough space for tanning around the pool. The roof top restaurant has good food and not expensive, Simple choices but tasty. Forget the gym because it is useless. Good wifi . Hotel is safe and they accept guests in rooms but guest must keep ID at reception and then they will contact you before releasing the ID to guest just to make sure you are safe and every thing is ok. I was impressed. Hotel also have shuttle service to walking street. Every thing in near by hotel and I enjoyed my stay and found all what I need. Note: There is construction behind the hotel so Remember when you book your room to request one on the front side and away from construction then you will be alright . I will stay in same hotel next time.

Trick is to pull toward you when sliding it shut.heard my neighbours battling to shut theirs caused banging.staff should advise people of this.aircon also takes a bit of adjusting to get it correct.

Review 52：This is a really well run hotel . I have stayed there 8/9 times in the last 5 years and it is always my No 1 choice when staying in Pattaya . The staff are very nice and welcoming . The rooms are well appointed and always spotless . The staff are guest friendly if you have an unexpected [ lol ] guest overnight . I have never had a problem there ..ever ..and I would highly recommend it . The pool on the roof is fine ..not massive , but does the job ..It's always good value for money and the location , behind the Avenue shopping centre is quiet at night ..and about 10 minutes walk to entertainment area LK Metro ..and 15 minutes to Walking street..

Review 80：The only negative which is NOT the fault of the hotel, is that the view from front sea facing rooms is now zero due to a very high new hotel which has been built. Unfortunately, there is also major construction work underway to the rear which will take several months to complete and means there is noise outside for 10-12 hours a day and the view is of a building site.

Review 81：previously stayed at this hotel in October 2012 and rated it highly due to the cleanliness, good staff, good facilities and nice roof top swimming pool and restaurant. I am pleased to say that once again my stay was excellent. The hotel standard of cleanliness is excellent and although the staff last time were good, there are many new staff now who I found even better than before. They were always pleasant and helpful even on my arrival when I was rather stressed due to the length of my journey from the UK. The swimming pool on the roof although not big is very nice along with the adjacent restaurant which serves nice food at a reasonable price. Rooms are reasonably spacious, comfortable and have large balconies. The location of this hotel is excellent being only 5 minutes walk from Soi Buhkao/Metro/Diana and even nearer 2nd Road. The hotel tuk tuk runs a free service to there and Walking Street. I also like that there are 2 computers available for free internet use in the lobby. For solo travellers there are no 'joiner fees' in this hotel. My week in this hotel cost under £140, hence relative to price and value for money I would rate it excellent. Overall, this is a very nice value for money hotel in a good location with pleasant and friendly staff.

Review 82：Breakfast is mediocre: the freshly squeezed orange juice is some processed chemical concoction and the toast is disgustingly anemic. Combining different parts of the set breakfast menus is not allowed! My young grandson was sick on the bedsheets and that led to a huge cleaning bill (over USD 30).
