Review 3：First, They tried to charge my credit card before arrival(when I bookedthe room, I said I was paying cash).... It was located in a bad part oftown. Next the hotel was run down, doors did not shut properly,windowwas open to our room apon arrival,our room smelled of wet dog and mold,the a/c unit did not work..... This hotel is a type of place to takea hooker or do drugs.... Defently not worth paying $65

Review 5：someone there was beating on there door for what seemed like and hour we had only been there for 2 hours was a bit bothersome had to get something from my car went out in the parking lot in back property very scary and creepy lot and the only place to park and a homeless man asked me for money after that we felt creeped out and had to just leave

Review 9：The staff were very friendly and always around, and very willing to help. It was quiet, which i liked, (no screaming kids.) All the facilities worked, ie, shower, lights, tv, My room overlooked the pool, which is good if you have kids.
Review 10：Toilet paper roll was broken, dirty bathroom, to turn on or adjust the air conditioner you had to use a chair as it's located close to the ceiling.

Review 26：The sound of running water kept me up most of the first night so I moved to another room. Unfortunately it was next to the ice maker and people were using it all night.

Review 28：I liked everything! Location - close to whatever you need. Staff - very conciderate and helpful. Spacy room and no smell what actually more like exception than the rule for the motels in this price level. Everything was clean, European standards of cleanness, white sheets and towels are the white color, not grey with spots. Isy cold fridge and AC. Window was easy to open and get some fresh air. Do not expect Marriott interiors, but they are in a good shape.

In my reservation I had asked the staff to put extra pillows in our room. The staff remembered at we entered the room to find my request complete. If you are looking for a great hotel with great price and staff, this is your place.

Review 62：As we drove up to the motel they were redoing the landscape in the front of the building. It looked really nice before the evening was over. The rooms looked like they had a new coat of paint. New flat screen TV. I'm impressed with how things are looking.
Review 63：bathroom covered in hair and what looked like a tooth....we were approached by men in the parking lot waiting for our taxi. We did not feel safe at all here and were warned by several people not to stay in this area. Be careful if you don't know St Pete - this is not the place to be.

Review 76：First room they gave me did not have air conditioning. So my room was changed to the next room over. I was not given a new room key. I had to wait for desk clerk to return to even ask to have my key changed to the new room. When I return to the room the key did not work. The next morning when I went to the front desk for a new key, as requested by clerk, the new clerk/manager had not been informed of any issues. He was not told about my key not working or the air conditioner not working in the first room. I was told they had to order a part for the door. Every time I wanted to get into my room I had to wait for a staff member to be available to walk me to my room. I was not given a discount or any kind of compensation for these inconveniences. I feel I was lied to by the manager. I was not even offered a new room although according to the manager the morning I checked out there were others available.
