Westwinds Waterfront Resort sells fast on our site. The Westwinds Waterfront Resort is less than a 5 minute walk from the beach and overlooks the Boca Ciega Bay. Guests will enjoy full kitchens in each unit and a heated outdoor pool.

Review 1：Shower liner needed to be replaced or scrubbed (showing pink residue), towel exchange of every five days is unreasonable-we had four towels and washcloths for two people for five days? I was glad I always take my own. My husband and I often take two showers a day (especially at the beach). I exchanged his a couple of days in and the lady in the office was none too friendly about it. She reminded me of the five day exchange "written on your paper". Towels and cloths should be plentiful and exchanged as often as necessary. This isn't a budget motel where I think they might even be more generous with linens.

Review 2：Overall cleanliness of condo 312 was excellent, comfortable couches, bed, and furniture, updated condo, view from bedroom, canal in back, ocean across street, Publix within walking distance, tasteful furnishings and decor

Review 3：Well, I think we were quite happy so these are just minor issues. It's a bit pricey compared to the surrounding properties though given a standard and bigger space I can understand why. I also felt that the staff in the office could have been a bit more friendlier. Not that they were rude but it seems they wanted to spend as little time dealing with us as possible.

Review 4：We really had a great time there! The condo we stayed in was on ground level and had access to the patio in the back which we felt was a great bonus since the views of the bay were so great from it. We used it many times to eat outside or just to relax since the weather so was nice during our stay. There was a nice pool next to the patio. The condo was very clean and kitchen had everything we needed. Since we only had one bedroom we used the pull-out sofa as well and it was comfortable enough. Wifi was working well. The complex is located 5 mins walking distance from the beach and a big grocery store. You get one assigned parking space per unit but there are a few visitor spaces as well if you have someone coming over. Overall we would highly recommend it and we'll be back if we plan another trip there.

Review 5：Mattress needs replacing. Problems trying to sleep. Lots of back pain. I notified Kat, manager, & she made a note of it. Room #203. View from room is parking lot on 1 side & building & pool on other side.

They have everything you need in a beautiful setting. I want to build a house like this room, it was that beautiful.

Review 13：The bed was comfortable but the room was too bright. No curtains, just blinds. So the sun shined right in my face each morning forcing me to wake up. I was on vacation and wanted to sleep in.

The pool was lovely. We had every thing we could have imagined we'd need in the room and the management was very friendly.

Review 28：The location of the condo was great. The beach was a short walk across the street (Westwinds provided chairs, sand toys and beach towels). Publix, the beach shop, ice cream and restaurants were in walking distance. We have small children and this was a great location for them.

Review 54：It is advertised as a resort but does not have amenities of a typical resort. It is also advertised as waterfront which made me think it was on the gulf, but it was on the waterway. It was nice but somewhat deceptive.

Review 58：The Westwinds is a gem, my family stayed for ten nights and all of us were sad to leave. On arrival Kat made us welcome and when we saw the condo for the first time we were so happy the grounds and pool are well maintained and the condo was very clean and beautifully decorated . I would love to return soon .

Review 59：This place was great for our family. The room was nice and clean and spacious. You are directly across the road from the beach. The pool was nice and clean. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful with anything we needed. This place definately exceeded my expectations.

Review 61：We spent 4 days and loved every minute. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The location is perfect! Beautiful views in every direction. We hired a car to get us to and from the airport and walked everywhere in between. There is so much to enjoy from shopping to dining and more within reasonable walking distance. All of our breakfasts and dinners out were excellent and we didn't go to the same place more than once. The unit itself was excellent. Great layout and furnishings, tile floors and bath and granite and stainless. A/C worked great!

Review 69：Nice quiet cozy place. The apartment was really nice and the staff was also very nice and accommodating. The Wifi was very fast just like being home. The tv channels were also good it was the basic amount you would get at home and more than you get at a hotel. There was a grill to use and they would supply the lighter if you needed.

Review 70：We were amazed at how pretty the interior of the condo was. Very impressed with the appliances and furniture. We slept like babies in the super comfortable beds. The staff was fantastic and friendly. We enjoyed the back area with the barbecue and lounge area. The grocery store was convenient and well stocked which made it easy to have small meals at the condo. The beach was just a short distance and the condo provided chairs and towels which was fabulous. We had a SUPERB time and plan to return.

Review 71：No balcony, no hot-tub, no exercise room. Tiny galley kitchen - could easily have pushed built-in 1 -2 ft. further into living room without impacting living space.

Review 74：Parking was a little tight, almost hit the car behind me pulling out. Toilet seat was not fulling cleaned when we arrived, but everything else made up for this.

Review 75：The condo was very comfy and cute! It had all the amenities and more that we could ever need on our stay in Treasure Island. Free laundry with detergent provided, fully loaded brand new kitchen appliances with dishes, soap and even a blender. Nautical themed decor, dining table, two flat screen TVs, dresser and large closet provided all the comforts of home. There is a heated pool open until 10pm everyday which we definitely took advantage of at night. Great patio area with multiple tables and two grills provided a relaxing outdoor area to eat and watch the dolphins that swim in the causeway behind! The resort also provided free beach chairs and umbrellas to use at the beach just steps across the street. Overall this place is definitely worth the money and more.

Review 80：Just a comment, not really a dislike. The digital sign in the front obscures the name sign above it making the Westwinds difficult to find after dark unless you know where you are going. You might consider adding the Westwinds name in the rolling message. One of our party and another guest had a problem finding the property when arriving for the first time late in the evening.

Review 81：The trip was to spend some time with my two teenage granddaughters and my sister. We couldn't have been happier with the accommodations and the location. The office staff are wonderful. Check in was a breeze. They made arrangements to accommodate a second car. The view from 309 is just amazing. We ended up enjoying the intercoastal, both views and fishing from the private docks, more than we thought. Didn't mind not being on the beach. We did take the very short walk to the beach when we wanted. Pool is just the right size and was well maintained. Everything you need is within walking distance. No huge crowds. Will definitely be back.
