Review 1：No complaints at all, except we could only stay for one night. We WILL be back!!
Review 2：Super location!! Located right on the harbor front. Right across the street from Spanky's Clam Shack [Excellent!!] and the Hy-Line cruise dock. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was VERY helpful and friendly!!
Review 3：This facility was very old and dated. The beds were terribly uncomfortable, bedding was old and bathrooms were small. They offered free continental breakfast - only had room for 6-10 guests for a hotel with 70+ rooms - this was unacceptable, forcing guests to go elsewhere for breakfast.

Review 5：The staff did not seem to know what they were doing at check-in. The door to the room was a slider and it was very difficult to turn the key to lock and unlock the door both inside and out. Inside there is no dead bolt only a drop latch that was not working. We had to call the office to have someone come and fix it. I did not feel secure because we were located directly on the parking lot. The person who came to fix the lock did not understand why I felt it necessary to have the door lock fixed. He said he was only person with a key to our room. When we arrived home and checked our credit card bill we found we were charged for an extra night. It was corrected after a phone call to the motel. We were told we had called two times for reservations so that is why we were charged extra. Also the carpet in our room was "filthy." The beds and the bedding were very old and worn. The mattress was not comfortable.

Review 7：I didn't like that they had to have a supervisor at the pools and if one wasn't available, then you couldn't use the pool. Sad...If this is what they require then they should have a full time supervisor/ minimum wage person to sit and be there. Guessing when someone is available is wasting the guests time and very inconvenient. Cover on the A/C was missing, looked like blood spots on the bathroom floor and some individual hair left in the tub.

Review 9：Mirrors in Bathroom to high!!!!! We are 5 ft 2 inches tall. Parking in front of the room, challenging. We are handicapped, cone given sort of worked.

I did not feel that comfortable traveling with my 5 year old granddaughter given that our room was ground level and all you could see was headlights through the drapes. I would not stay there again.

Review 40：I like a darker room than the one here. The curtain on the front of the room only partially blocks the strong overnight lighting. Add in a bright red on/off light on the TV mounted on the wall, and you've got an unintended recipe for diminished sleep quality.

Review 48：They were very accommodating. Great views of the Harbor. A little outdated decor but very clean so we didn't mind one bit. Maid service and front desk workers were very pleasant people. For part of our trip there were very few people that stayed but over the weekend it was a full house. It was nice and quiet even over the weekend so you were able to get rest at night, must be insulated well for noise barrier! I would for sure stay there again!
Review 49：We had a king room, but only one night table. Shower and bath need replacement. The outdoor pool was never opened and that was one of the main attractions to book there.

Review 53：It was a beautiful summery Saturday 5pm and the outdoor pool was closed - they said they only have one pool open at a time (they boast about indoor AND outdoor pool) and said other guests had requested the indoor pool. What a waste! My boys used the indoor pool for a few minutes but weren't allowed to jump in (of course they can't DIVE in, but couldn't jump) - couldn't even STEP off the edge (to be silly). And we were the only ones in the pool. They were bored right away. Too bad - the pools were part of why we chose this motel. Our room was right next to the ice machine, so it was LOUD.

Review 66：I picked this motel because it was close to the ferry. That was about it. When we asked for an extra pillow they begrudgingly gave it to us. The room was clean but smelled musty and the A/C didn't work great. We were only staying the one night to catch the ferry to the Vineyard so it was convenient.

Waking up to the sound of seagulls and seeing the harbor at sunrise, beautiful. Just a walk away was Main Street with all the quaint little shops and coffee in the morning. The restaurant one door away was excellent. The food was delicious and live piano. And right across the street were a few little shops along the harbor, great for walking after dinner. Beautiful lights hanging from the trees. Honestly could not have been a better location.
Review 73：The a/c was super loud, the water pressure was iffy in the morning, large picture window and nice balcony offered only a view of cars. Outlet in bathroom did not work. The fridge was set so high that all of our fruit froze - perhaps our fault for not checking temperature.
Review 74：The hotel is within walking distance to just about everything in Hyannis. The walls are soundproof - no tv noise or voices get through, only plumbing is heard. The rooms are large but inconsistent, for example we had a microwave, fridge and a small tv, with no dresser, while our adult kids had no kitchen stuff but a large flat screen tv and a big dresser. The staff were super helpful, the pool was clean and the depths were well marked, and we never had trouble finding parking (which is free!) These are not luxury accommodations but meet every need for a family on vacation.
Review 75：However, the public circulation to other rooms on our floor severely compromised privacy in our room. To enjoy the harbor view you had to leave the drapes open but people were looking in our room as they passed by. So, we ended up closing our drapes for privacy resulting in no harbor view after all. I recommend not spending the extra money for the "harbor view". The tradeoff is view or privacy. You can't have both!

I would only rated this a one star and would never stay here again. They have a nerve even listing this as a three star. Don't believe it.

She even let us park the car for the day after we checked out. The hotel is walking distance to downtown.
Review 93：Undesireable room selection had to change rooms twice, They were not too happy and I told them about the rooms the first time and when I came back they gave me the same lousy room I wanted a switch and they gave me another room but charged me for it. When other rooms in my price range were available I am very upset on the accomodateions and the way me and my wife were handles.

Review 96：Wanted a hotel near the ferry to Nantucket -- this one was around the corner and at a good price for location. Only a couple blocks from downtown/nightlife. Rooms were spacious, clean, quiet. The front desk clerk (older, blonde) was very helpful. Whenever we passed an employee they always said 'Hi/Good Morning' which was really nice!! I would stay here again : )
Review 97：The pools. We went for the amenities of indoor and outdoor pools. We traveled with 2 young swimmers and that was a draw; however the rules were unreasonable...understandable, yet not user friendly and safety taken to an extreme. The children, according to one attendant, could not go in the deep end unless we were in the water with them. The children were good swimmers, yet still it was an unfriendly "no" when asked if they could swim in the deep end if we were sitting at the water's edge. There was also no diving (not unrealistic) but also no jumping...and excessive noise! This was a vacation. Not user friendly for young children looking to enjoy a pool.

( I am in the medical profession) My children were afraid and would not step foot in the room and began crying at the prospect if having to stay here. We travel quite a bit and they are accustomed to a certain standard. While the room appeared satisfactory, it smelled like it was sprayed with cleaner which was transposed by cigarette smoke Hairs us bathroom and shower. In general, a very unsavory environment. Misrepresented on their website. We could not stay there. On the upside, after much unpleasant conversation with four staff members, including a manager, they relented and credited my visa for the full amount paid.
