Review 1：Room 107 we stayed in was dirty and with cockroaches and their waste products all over the bathroom, shower, the kitchen counter and the study desk. The toilet tub was dirty and the fridge was leaking. The second room (102) was ok the only problem was the tv not having a good picture. There were no shower caps on both rooms.

Review 3：AC was leaking. Watermarks all over the walls. Shower and bathroom was untidy and dirty.Although I paid for a double standard room there was only 1 bathroom towel.

Review 9：The Hotel manager was extremely rude and really did not make me feel welcome. No induction at all. She made as if everything I asked for was too much effort. The walls are very thin and TV next door could be heard. The roof is tin and was woken up early by birds walking.

Review 11：1 - Fact that there was no free WiFi and unlimited access - this should be standard. 2 - Breakfast extra - breakfast should be included at the rates being charged, this is the standard at hotels and most guest lodges.

Review 13：Our shower drain was blocked so we had to use another room to shower. Only the rooms have air conditioning so when walking out you are hit with this extremely warm air and lots of flies in the passage way

Review 15：Had to ask about wifi and since no phone in thee room had to go downstairs to ask. Wifi only worked for 10 minutes on one device. Bathroom and toilet open plan. Not having a door for the toilet is just not pleasant. Certain things need to be done in private. We paid for 2 and got one bath towel?!

Review 17：The staff at reception was very friendly. The room was modern and well maintained. I forgot my camera in the room and the staff informed management, who contacted me immediately. Really appreciate the honesty!

Review 20：We had an issue with no hot water and nobody could assist us with this problem. On a long trip this is a bit of a bad impression. We were not even asked the next moring if we enjoyed our stay or if the hot Water issue was resolved.

Breakfast was okay, yet incomplete and the most expensive breakfast on the menu was R10 less than I paid by prebooking the breakfast option. A little noisy with traffic and guest noise through the night.
