Review 1：Room was 50 degrees when we walked in so took awhile to warm. Hot tub was lukewarm. bedspread had some stains. no information in room about pool times (did not open until 9am) or if breakfast was complimentary. Waterpark closed.

Review 3：The smell in the hallway was terrible, there was only one working elevator and it was to scary to ride, there was no blanket in the bed, I had to clean the room myself

Review 5：I booked for myself and five children and they didn't bother to tellme the water park was closed for painting. Thank god I called before Iarrived!!!

Review 9：no mini refrigerator in room no microwave, I didn't have no towels, and when I asked for some from front desk they gave me 2 wash clothes and 2 hand towels. They was very dirty looking. Not enough pillows on bed or extra linen for the pull out sofa.

Review 10：The room wasn't clean sheets were full of hair & bathroom was dirty no toilet paper had to go down to lobby to get toilet paper because the phone in room didn't work to call room service!!! I asked for a different room.

Review 14：The waterpark was dirty in childrens section.Water tempature was uneven. Water leak from the big slides.Some of the hallways in the hotel were dingy looking and various visible damages. Ice machine on our floor did not work. TV in our room was very static while playing. Nobody answered phone when I tried to call on 2 different occasions about the tv.This was our 3rd trip to the hotel,and by far the worst.very fun and enjoyable the first 2 trips.

Review 16：our bed, we realized the next morning, did not have a fitted sheet and the mattress pad was simply flipped over. The AC in the room didn't work. Front desk associate was not nice. I called to confirm our room came with the water park pass, and was told it was, then when checking in i was told it was not and now i had to pay. Not only was the room disgusting but the service was horrendous.

There was dirt all over the bathroom door, the bathtub wouldn't drain, a serious lack of refreshments, the beds were very stiff, as though sleeping on a floor. The tiling in the room was deteriorating, there were no menus or itemized lists in the room of local restraunts, gas stations etc, the beds didn't have bed skirts on them! This place cost us a fortune and we could've had a better room at a motel 6!
