Review 1：Room didn't have a microwave, not always a necessity but it was needed that night. Also breakfast time should've been extended to 11. Especially since my stay was for new years eve and I wasn't able to get up in time.

Review 4：Rooms are a great value. I've stayed here many times. This time I was assigned a room that did not have its typical large sectional sofa - it had just a small loveseat, which gave a completely different feel to the room. Apparently a few rooms on each floor are configured this way due to elevator etc. the other rooms are great, this one was ok and more like a traditional hotel room.

Review 5：over priced , breakfast was poor, would not recognize my AAA discount at checkout, was told that I needed to have produced it at time of registration.

Review 6：I have allergies severe enough that I carry an epi pen. While I am not highly allergic to animals, I am sensitive. I was given a room that reeked of animal urine, and started sneezing immediately. When I mentioned this too staff they lied and said there had not been animals in the room. The sofa had the tell tale signs of scratch marks from a cat.

Review 7：My husband is a platinum member of their loyalty club, however, this did not get us even the most basic request of a decent room. It took 3 times to get a room that didn't bother my allergies.

Review 8：The sheets on the bed were not ironed and very rumpled like they had just been taken out of the dryer. The air conditioner was noisy and blew cold air non-stop all night long. The TV would not swivel to face either the bed or the sofa. Reception told us it was because we were in a handicapped room (we did not ask for this.) Bed was very low.

We were assured this was no problem but in the end all charges were placed on our account which resulted in several phone calls to get printouts so we could be reimbursed for this confusion.

Review 15：The rooms were wonderful after a long day of travel. The breakfast was one of the best we have ever had in a hotel setting. The hotel was so clean and inviting!

Review 16：Spa was not working. Tried to get in it and it was ice cold. Spoke with staff, they said someone had been working on it and they would call him, but it was never in service while we were there. No sign was ever put up to inform gueststhat it was out of service.

Review 33：This is an incredibly comfortable hotel if you are traveling with kids. There are multiple seating areas in the room and in the lobby. The snack bar is open 24 hours for teenage munchies!

Review 79：Evening staff seemed to be annoyed to check us in and answer the questions we had. Air conditioner was very loud every time it turned on, disrupting our sleep. Biggest negative issue which is a safety hazard. Fitness room treadmills are plugged into the floor and wires are totally exposed. Lady tripped on it, pulling the plug out and my husband almost went flying. Would surely hope they fix this before someone gets really hurt. Breakfast should really be called continental. Coffee is not good.

Review 82：When I booked the room I made a special request not to be near the elevator due to possible noise. When we arrived we immediately noticed our room was right next to the elevator. I called the front desk and a Gentleman named Ray G. handled the situation like a true professional. They changed our room swiftly and after realizing we couldn't have that room due to a repairman arriving, they made the change again very swiftly and even gave us a brittle of wine “on the house". Being out of owners, the staff gave us recommendations on local eateries and attractions. The staff were amazing the accommodations modern and clean. I would return in a heart beat.

Review 83：The room was very spacious, but there was not a lot of furniture. The TV was centered on a wall between the sitting area and the sleeping area. No real problem for our purposes, but it was an unusual layout.

Review 84：Staff members were friendly and accommodating. The room, and the hotel in general, were very clean. The room was large with a separate sitting area, a fridge and second sink. The bed was soft/comfortable with good linens. Although we did not have time to use it, there was a small indoor heated pool, which looked very inviting. They provided a typical complimentary breakfast with a couple of hot item choices. It is located just a short distance off of I-95 and there was plenty of free parking.

Review 85：The room was dirty the carpet was worn and stained and there was blood on the alarm clock. The mattress was old and worn out judging from the way we kept rolling towards each other into the middle and very uncomfortable

There was no way to adjust the air flow, however, and since the unit is very close to the bed the cold air became unpleasant. Breakfast -- which was very good -- was quite rushed, however. For people on vacation it should be served at least until 10 am. In fact, by 9:15 guests were told that food will be removed. By the way, breakfast is served in the lobby -- too bad they don't have a more suitable place.

Review 98：Not much. When booking I checked the Hyatt website and chose to book through Booking.com because it was the only online reservation website that allowed cancellation up to 1 day prior. I booked two rooms with double beds. The day before on May 17 I called the front desk to ask about possible early check in because we were driving from MA and had an event late morning. After being placed on hold several times, I was told I would have to call back the next morning. This was no help to us so I said to forget about early check-in and to just confirm that we had 2 rooms with double beds. I was told by the gentleman I spoke to that my reservation was listed as 2 rooms with king beds but he would change the reservation to 2 rooms with double beds. When we arrived all that was available were 2 rooms with king beds and that is what we ended up with. I was told that because I booked with a third party my rooms were not guaranteed. Nowhere on my confirmation from Booking.com does it say this. And, why was I told by the front desk person on the phone that my reservation request would be corrected? Walking into the hotel we were immediately disappointed at the size of the "spacious" bar area which looks more like someone's kitchen not to mention the smallness of the "spacious" double rooms that were in disrepair and basically located in the parking lot. In one room the closet door immediately fell off its hinges when we opened it, the sink faucet was loose and the shower head in the other room was impossible to turn on. For over $300 per room this is not even close to being acceptable. And not even a bottle of water in the refrigerator. When I asked whether they had my Hyatt Gold Passport number I was told I could not get points because I booked through a third party. This topped off our most unpleasant experience. When I checked out, the front desk clerk offered to arrange for me to get points if I filled out a form . . .

And another thing which was pretty uncomfortable that probably the same amount which was charged the first night (for all nights) was charged again - part by deposit, part by mistake.
