Review 1：Was told check in was 3pm and check out 10am. When we arrived at 3:10, we were told the room wasn't ready and we had to wait an hour. By then it was too late to change to go to the beach.

Review 3：Staff are very nice and welcoming. We had miscommunication at the beginning but they apologized and they gave me an upgrade to penthouse while my reservation was for two bed suite. The place is super clean.

The rooms are great, too, complete with a spacious kitchen with granite countertops, nice dining table, comfortable beds, plenty of sunlight in the room, a terrific pool to relax in after spending time at the beach and assigned, covered parking spot.

Review 14：I was shown a corner room and I was so looking forward to getting that room I came at 12 to check in hoping I would be able to get it. However that was not the case? In the future I would like to have the option to reserve my room.

Review 17：The hotel is beautiful and it was inexpensive. I loved everything about it!! I would recommend this place to anyone. My view of the beach was perfect. The kitchen is set up with all the necessary utensils, pots and pans etc. The staff very friendly and helpful.

Review 27：Loved the friendly staff! Every one we spoke to that worked there was professional and welcoming which made our stay even more memorable. Not to mention the beautiful and well maintained property and rooms. It shows that cleanliness is one of their top priority. Room was stocked with almost everything we needed from paper towel, to pots and pans, and everything else. Beds are very comfortable with plenty of pillows in each room . Most 2 bedrooms in other properties have 1 bathroom, but this one had 2 which was a great surprise. Will certainly stay there again, but for much longer days.

Review 29：The resort was in a great location and everything was spotless. (Seriously I would have thought the resort had just opened everything was so clean) The room looked just like the picture and the staff was very helpful. We would definitely stay there again!!

Review 32：Wish we didn't hear so much street noise from the pool and/or porches. Their units are in great shape, but some of the fixtures are showing some wear as well as the carpets. A super nice place, but I don't agree that it should be classified as LUXURY. It tries, but falls a bit short. Also, it might be nice to have a check out time of maybe 11 am. 10 am is a bit early.

Review 33：We have stayed here before on three different occasions since they opened and we love it. Location is great, beach is across the street. The place is clean and comfortable. well furnished. Beds are really comfy!!! We will come back again.

Review 44：The night we checked in behind our bathroom door were two dirty towels on the floor and dirt. Almost like the maid swept and it all got caught behind the door. She obviously didn't look behind the door. I also noticed the place was pretty dusty. From the immediate eye it looks clean but once your in there its not kept up that well. My daughter spilled water on the floor and I wiped it up with a towel the towel was black after wiping up the floor. I also noticed the tile floor has a greasy feel to it. It grossed me out. The kitchen dish towels smelled and felt dirty. I cooked breakfast one morning and the pan had eggs crusted all over the side. The coffee mugs were dirty as well. A little disappointing for the amount of money we paid to stay there.

Review 45：It was very spacious! Has a nice pool and it is very close to the beach. We stayed in the two bedroom and the privacy was great. I love that it is like a small home away from home. It is also decorated very nicely.

Review 53：My experience on this trip wasn't the best one. First, upon arriving, the front desk person had an attitude about my request for a high floor not been honor, however, my relatives who came along 10 minutes after got theirs. Next, telling me that I cannot park in the disabled parking when I have a license plate, not enough yet, telling me that I cannot reverse my room charges and use another card, really?? To top it all, the ceiling fan was broken making a pecking noise all night long. The housekeeping did not sweep during the entire week.

Review 63：The wonderful set up of the room was perfect for a mom and two older boys (16 and 21). Comfortable, clean. The housekeeping asked if we needed anything when seeing us in the elevators. The price was great compared to what I was finding available for us and what we wanted. Being across the street from beach was no problem. Access to beach was directly across from hotel and took 7 minutes from leaving our room to standing at the waters edge.

Review 64：The area isn't amazing- there's a lot of traffic around the condo, so sitting on the balcony was not exactly peaceful, even though the view was beautiful. I don't fault the condo for that- it's just the way it is.

Review 65：We LOVED this condo!! The view was to die for, everything was so clean and new, and the staff was so hospitable and responsive. The ocean is right across the street and a short walk, and the pool was so wonderful.

Review 88：Or condo was Dutch clean and spacious. The view was awesome and beach was awesome. There is a lighted boardwalk all along the back of the hotels on the beach prefect for sunset strolls. The pool was great too! It was a great place to really unwind.

Review 93：The pictures I saw online are very inaccurate , showing views from the very top floor. They are very deceiving. Advertising as a "beachside" resort is false. Also perhaps you should mention on your site that the only view of the Gulf is from the 4th (maybe), 5ht & 6th floors. Staff had attitude.

Huge living room, comfy beds, clean bathrooms and a full kitchen - we could live there forever! The hotel is very close to the beach and is a short distance from St. Petersburg and Museum Dali. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this place and hope to be back with more friends!

There was a badly scratched teflon pan & utensils which I didn't have time to turn in the first day of cooking dinner, a screw poking out of a chair, and the heavy wood panel at sink area fell & nearly smashed my already bad toe. Everything was replaced with brand new items immediately, and an apology & unexpected refund were graciously offered us. I would highly recommend this condo #502 again at Crystal Palms.

Review 112：We were very happy with all staff, separate rooms for all, cleanliness, high floor w/ a perfect view, location to beach, and so glad to have heated pool w//hot tub area, as it was cooler than expected. The room looked just like the picture. We had ample room to bring in kids bikes at the foyer too. Covered parking & in room laundry area was a plus. Maintenance let us borrow their tools for our bikes & was quick to repair/replace other things! Plus we got an unexpected refund for some inferior items which was a nice bonus. We wished we could have stayed longer.

Review 113：No single beds in apt and as a result we were charged extra for fold up (15 used per night) bed having paid for accommodation for four. This is a petty practice! Kitchen could do with more cutlery and crockery. Only 4 of everything supplied.

Review 115：Arrived after a 10 hr flight we were very pleasantly surprised at how nice the accommodation was. We had 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, sitting room, full kitchen and large wrap around balcony with Great views of the sea. We were on the fourth floor on the corner. Room 408. Would definitely stay again. Clean, modern with everything we needed.

Review 116：Everything just worked perfect. We planned to stay just a few days but after first night we extended our stay to the rest of our vacation. We had a two bedroom apartment, big living room and a nice kitchen, walked in and it felt like "home" (actually bigger than our apartment at home). The area seemed to have mainly American tourists, not so many "tourist-traps", we could just relax and have a good time, fantastic. If we are in the same area again, this will be where we stay. (We didn't try out the pool though, can't say anything about that).

Review 117：The room seemed and looked clean, but my 2 small children were bare foot in the room and after only a short time, their feet were black from the floor. Also, at one point our key card did not work to our room, we thought we'd gotten it too close to our phone and took to the desk to reset it. Come to find out our key pad on our room door ran out of batteries and we were locked out of our room for over an hour late in the evening. They quickly brought in somebody to fix but was very inconvenient with a young family trying to come home and put kids to bed.

Review 118：I rented the family room space and hosted a baby shower. Crystal palms doesnt offer any service besides the room rental but that was exactly what i was looking for. The few minor requests i did have the staff was very helpful.

Review 119：Hotel suffer from wear and needs shining up. Small room for 4 persons. Sofa bed gave low comfort. Dish was not washed or checked for dirt. Kitchen is really basic

We have told the front desk and management about the issues for the last couple of years. Everything is same stuff from when they opened. The housekeeping staff need to do a better job cleaning the floors. Their is one other problem the ceiling fans and lights they are remote and the codes are the same on other floors so if the turn there fan on high it turns your fan on high, they turn there light on your's comes on. That issue been going on sense they opened.

Review 124：We love the location, we spend a lot of time on the patio watch the traffic and the beach. We have stayed at Crystal Palms for many years sometime 4 or 5 times a year sense it opened around 2007. The building is beautiful, pool, hot tub and landscaping is fantastic.

A few things had to be washed before I used them (kitchen items), a few stray hairs here and there in the bathroom, and you can't keep the balcony doors open, due to the noise of the traffic.

Review 135：The layout of the room, furniture and balcony were awesome. Bathroom was nice. Looking at the Gulf over the other buildings was excellent. Fairly quiet building - a few kids here and there, pool was really nice.
