Review 1：What I didn't like was that our sheets were not changed. My daughter had stains on her sheets, and they were not changed the next day when house keeping came around.

Review 5：we had an issue in the beginning with the price of the hotel, but we able to settle it. The only reason this was a let down, was because it tied up our vaction money. We had set aside a certian amount to spend, so we ended up not having alot to work with.

Review 7：checked in and was charged $149.00, when I was suppose to pay a nightly rate of $79. Once I got to my room I ha to pull up and go show them the email to get it adjusted. after coming in from a concert around 1230 am, we pulled out the couch bed and the blanket was almost down to the bottom. Like the bed had been used and was never changed or made, just folded back in. I had to sleep in a full size bed that is advertised as a queen with 2 kids. Had to call down for a plunger because toilet was clogged after first use. Had to plunge each time we used the bathroom during entire stay. Water in shower was luke warm

Review 8：After a flat tire and a 6 hour drive that was supposed to take 3.5 hours; they told us they had no rooms left. We HAD a reservation #. They also said the cost was $50.00 OVER what was quoted to us.

Review 9：They tried everything they could to rectify the situation. Within 10 minutes they got us a room by asking another guest to switch rooms (we were traveling with daughter and needed 2 beds). They also honored Booking.com's price quote to us of $50. less than room amount. Thanks

I will never stay at this property again. It is time to upgrade the mattresses since that is in my opinion the most important element of hotel comfort.

Review 20：Just wasn't what I expected after seeing the reviews of this place. They checked us into a room that wasn't even cleaned up yet. Door was open, lights were on, bed half made. And we wanted 2 beds and they claimed they had nothing available but online.. It said they still did. Location isn't the greatest. We didn't even stay the night there we went somewhere else. It definitely wasn't worth the price we paid.

Review 21：If you want a good night sleep look elsewhere. We read reviews before booking this for our road trip it seemed good for the cost. After traveling for 15 hours we were ready for sleep but into the wee hours of the morning we could hear the room next to us and above us.. 2-3 am still making noise. It was a long night and the beds sounded like the springs were going to pop out, very uncomfortable. Very disappointing.

Review 22：The place smelled old & like incense.The bed was like laying on a rock, the comforter looked dirty. The carpet was dingy as well as sticky/dirty.The only thing good they had was a good variety of breakfast, but after breakfast you'll want to change hotels.

The morning of the biggest race in the city they didn't have anybody but the desk clerk to stock and cook. The area was dirty and sticky. It truly was a joke to have paid to have breakfast included. It is no mistake there is a Bob Evans next door! Way overpriced for a dirty hotel room and a language barrier between staff as well as the guests.

I immediately turned on all the lights and woke up my familymembers, took off the sheets and found that the room was infested withinsects. I had never seen a bedbug in person so I went online andcompared the images to what I was looking at to confirm my thoughts.Bedbugs were all over the beds. I have video of our findings. I waslooking forward to getting some sleep before our 3+ hour drive home, butwe threw most of our clothes away and left. I was told by a man on dutythat he would credit us for our room and the manager would call me whenhe arrived at 11am and I have yet to receive a call. I would like to bereimbursed for the clothing that we threw away.
