Review 1：Our waitress in the restaurant was a little short with us but she was very busy. It in no way impacted our stay.
Review 2：The ease of checking in,convenient location, enclosed parking, cleanliness of hotel, ammenities, awesome staff, beatiful hotel with a wonderful layout.
Review 3：The rooms are really small and expensive . You have to pay for everything, there's no continental breakfast or complementary toiletries. The decorum is very old and outdated!

Review 7：The waterfall in the atrium is loud and can be heard inside some of the rooms. Yet somehow, it doesn't drown out the voices of guests. When I last stayed a conference was taking place at the hotel and a large group of people were laughing and making noise on the ground floor public area until almost 1 a.m. I was in room 207 and could hear it through my door the whole time.
Review 8：The location right off of Hway 63 is very convenient. There is always ample parking for guests.
Review 9：Everything was just right. I am disabled and forgot to bring the key to my mobility scooter and they loaned me a wheelchair which I was so thrilled about. The restuarant food and servers were awesome.

Review 17：The meeting room was good. The morning breakfast I had was as was expected for a hotel buffet. The location of the hotel was good.
Review 18：After a long day/night at a friends wedding we checked in really late and we were very tired. We were excited to sleep in because we had a morning without a toddler and 2 dogs! We woke up to a loud gushing of water at 8:00 in the morning, and found our bathroom flooded within seconds. Only thing that was offered was that maintenance would be there soon. Didn't offer to move us to another room, so we checked out at 8:00! When we checked out they said "you all look tired!" We explained the situation and all we got was a "sorry" We even had to ask where the nearest restroom was since we weren't able to use one before we headed home.

Review 21：I wasn't given any info checking in. Trying to rush through a lot of people. Room service dropped part of my food and didn't offer to replace it. Another room service order was wrong and they forgot my condiments so I had to wait longer and food got cold. Check out messed up and later charged my card $100+ too much and I had to wait a week for it to be refunded back to my card.
