Review 1：Overall our stay at the Drury Inn was excellent, the hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. I especially want to send a special thank you to Jason for going above and beyond to meet our requests. The first night we arrived at the hotel I noticed the refrigerator in our room was not working very well. I contacted the front desk and Jason came to see if he could get it to cool properly. After an hour it still was not cooling, I contacted the front desk and Jason said they would replace. As a nursing mom of an infant it was extremely important to keep my daughter's milk cold. There was no maintenance staff on call that night, Jason switched the refrigerator out himself, moved the EXTREMELY heavy dresser combo, all with a smile. I would definitely stay again when vising Mobile and would recommend this hotel to others. Also the evening social hour and breakfast were great.

Review 2：Everyone was extremely friendly, and the breakfast was great!! I wish I had made it for the free kickback the evening I got there, but it was my own fault for forgetting my wallet an hour and a half away!

Review 3：The location of the hotel is off of a service road and not exactly easy to get in out of, although city infrastructure is not the hotel's problem.

Review 8：Everyone was very nice and helpful. I loved the 4 pillows on each bed and the noise of the air conditioner helped me to sleep better. The bed was very comfortable. i was visiting the University of Alabama and it was easy to get back and forth from the hotel to the campus.

Review 18：We were comfortable during our one night stay, and the staff was really sweet and helpful. (Especially Jason at the front desk). Our dog was with us and he was comfortable as well! We loved the food at happy hour. It was more than just light snacks. We didn't have to go buy dinner!
