Review 1：Unpleasant smell in bedroom area due to damp issues from bathroom. No signage to direct you to your room.

Review 4：The apartment was superb views across the bay were outstanding. The apartment very well equipped and comfortable.

Review 5：Cigarette smoke could be smelled in the place (we are non-smokers) and discovered that it actually came through the extractor vent in the bathroom, when it was not in use. So not sure where it was coming from but it was not nice at all, especially as it was right next to the bed and going to sleep with someone else's cigarette smoke was unpleasant! This was the only negative thing about the place.

Review 11：It did not feel safe and secure as we were in the garden apartment and the balcony was open to anyone from the street or the path next to it to walk into it and inside. And a big dog did just that. The couch was not very clean.

Review 23：The location was poor. Placed on a hill. Not easy to walk anywhere. It states 7 minutes walk to the beach, only by car. The neighboring houses were not kept in good condition. Some were falling apart. There were not enough towels or toilet paper supplied for the group. The wifi is a very poor arrangement, signing in each time and capacity capped to 50MB/day. Uploading pictures was slow and quickly depleated the wifi. Greatly overpriced. Our stay in Hermanus was much cheaper and in an absolutely beautiful home. This place is a guest house at best and only worth less than half the price. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.
