Review 1：The apartment was clean and tidy. Location was just 40 minutes from Spa Circuit. The Brasserie at the bottom of the hill served delicious meals at reasonable prices and the staff were extremely friendly.
Review 2：Told there would be a sofa bed in the room and wasn't, in-manned reception means issue could not be resolved resulting one of us sleeping on the floor.

Review 4：there are just no facilities in the site and the swimming pool was shut, and since when do people still wear speedos for swimming
Review 5：don't like the fact they keep my £100 deposit for two weeks before returning, and they reckon cleaning is included in there so they could deduct anything they want, which was not the agreement. you confirmed there would be no cleaning bill

Review 8：Something or somebody did a toilet around the pool. The manager called in a cleaner, but they weren't onsite and had to wait till following day for it to be cleaned. Manager said it wasn't his job to clean it, so we all missed out on the pool for a day in very hot weather.

Review 10：It was very dirty inside. Dirty was in corners, on wardrobe, everywhere. My boyfriend is allergic, so all three days that we spent there, it was difficult to enjoy. Bedsheets we rent, were old and with hole. But it was not the one problem. There was big problem with shower. There was just very hot water or very cold. And it was difficult to find comfortable temperature. Shortly speaking I would not advice this place because in the end price was not very cheap, because you need pay for all additional service

Review 12：It was a clear disaster!- Reception closes 17:00 sharp (It was not mentioned on the confirmation form. we were just on the minute on time) - the room was squeezed between two larger apartments where one family stayed (10 persons?) who walked all the time before our window. - The apartment was very dirty, broken and very much out-of-date. - Old blanket ... what a shame ... - Terrible big cushion - broken cupboards - dirty water cooker - At departure we had to pay 0,69 for electricity ... how primitive - Paid wifi - I felt like this was a refugee camp! - ordering breakfast not possible (too late) - unfriendly receptionist clearly in a hurry to close off - AND IT WAS TERRIBLY EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT IT IS. - Moreover Booking.com had advertised 52% discount .. from something like € 400 to € 190 so YOU EXPECT SOMETHING ... What a disaster. PLEASE REMOVE FROM YOUR SELECTION. We are very very disappointed! Actually this is the first time since we use booking.com for many many years.

Review 15：We rented a 3 room villa for the Christmas holidays. The stay was excellent. Great facilities, kitchen fully equipped, big windows, fire place, 2 bathrooms, 2 separated toillets. Very clear and comfy. Not very far from Durbuy - 3km (10 min by car, max 1h by foot).Pet friendly.

Review 38：- Costly ! We paid € 300 for 2 nights at Newyear. We rented a 4-person appartment to have a separate bedroom and space for our dog and cat. Still, a realistic price - in view of hotel pricing in the area -would be 75-100 euro per night.- we were told there would be no fireworks on the parc, which was our main reason for going there with our pets. But apparently someone forgot to tell our neighbors... still, much more relaxed then the world war-3 enactment at home. - Wacky entrance. Around the back, far from the road, no direct access from parking. It would be a large improvement to make a direct access from the parking next to the building. - Direct environment: rather 'wild' nature and not much leisure ground e.g. a park, pond, etc would make an improvement onsite for dog walking and such.

Review 40：It is hard to find! It needs a sign from the main road to direct you. Don't expect a hotel as it is a holiday park. Our deal included heating and bedding but watch as some deals would not include this. You have to make your own beds and clean up before you go. This is not necessarily a criticism, but something you need to be aware of.
Review 41：We stayed for three nights to visit the Belgian Grand Prix - about 35 miles away. It is very peaceful and in a beautiful area. The reception staff are very friendly. I asked for a twin bedded room as I was travelling with my son, but as they couldn't oblige I was allowed to put in an inflatable bed for the lad. Once you have checked in you come and go as you please. You get free use of the local swimming pool which we didn't have time to explore. There is a good choice of restaurants about 15 minutes drive away. You really need a car to come here.
Review 42：As improvement ideas for res Durbuy: make a barbecue place, where peoplecan sit on wooden plank benches and have some kind of brick fireplaceand make barbecue, it would give added value, and you have all the spacefor it. Put more signs, it was not easy to find there, also for thewalking paths. Maybe you could write a a4 paper with what to do or visitone day, for instance a walk to the megalites? Take away the tea can andvase ceramic from the rooms - it is modern not to have these in theapartement. The check in lasted too long - make it shorter by sendingthe customers in advance a pdf with info etc. And please take care ofand feed the beautiful red kitten!
Review 43：Instead of booking to a hotel we wanted to have a petfriendly stay withmore space and a green view, a terrasse for enjoing the outside and thefresh air. To be able to park the car closeby. We got a nice apartmentfor the price of a hotelroom and in our opinion this was a better choicethan a hotel room - for instance in Durbuy you could see, there was noclose parking to the city hotels, so it was really easy to carry theluggage inside. The houses of Res. Durbuy are like villas and it wasreally nice to swim in the outside swimming pool. There was also awellness with indoors pool closby, but we never got time to go there,because of walking the different paths (river Ourthe etc).

Review 46：The surroundings are beautiful, I found it very peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a break away from it all! & with a car you can easily visit Durbuy and other surrounding areas. The local commune pool is situated at the entrance of this accommodation and it's free to Residence Durbuy guests, it's an excellent pool for adults and kids alike, especially young kids, non-swimmers etc. My kids and I had great fun in the pool. The accommodation is beautiful, very clean and comfortable. I would definitely go back.
