Review 1：First provided room was not cleaned after previous guests; In the first room was terrible smell of smoke; In the second room the smell was not of smoke, but also terrible; Outdated furniture; Absolutely no light in the room.

Review 5：Well we have stayed four times. The last two were a little dissapointing. The tub wasn't clean I found a bug on the nightstand walking around. Our pillows were the size of a small couch throw pillow. We were only given one twelve our coffee maker didn't work called and asked for another one they never came to replace it. The rooms like the armoire the blow dryer and other things were extremely dusty same as oUT last stay a week ago. But other than that was pleased beds are clean and comfortable (bring your own pillow) lol price is good through kayak staff was very nice n helpful easy check in. Love the location we r right next to walmart Sam's club many places to eat and mall. I would recommend and have they just need to clean b dust better and get pillows. I would stay again.

Review 8：This was not one of the best places I've ever stayed. I'm grateful that it was for ONLY one night. The rooms looked as though they got the furniture out of a dumpster or from beside the road. There were bugs.

Review 10：Needs more available TV channels. When I was about to take a shower, old used soap was sitting in the soap dish. Plus there was bottled water in the refrigerator! !.. house keeping did do a good job!!!

Review 13：It was the middle of July & the pool was closed but couldn't get anyone to tell me why. Breakfast dining area was to small & some people were having to stand & eat. Found chip crumbs on our sofa as soon as we walked in. Door handle seemed loose & didn't always work on the first (or even the 2nd) try.

Review 15：Our first room when we checked in was horrible. Cigarettes, lighters, brushes, incense, candy and trash everywhere. I alerted the front desk and she saw the room and immediately helped get us a more satisfactory room. After that I was better. Did I mention that the room was a Non-Smoking room!
Review 16：The overall stay was pleasant and the hotel staff was very courteous when we needed assistance. No problems after that! Still wasn't the cleanest hotel I have stayed in. The pool was clean and the breakfast was great and the location was close to the Mobile Convention Center so I was good.
Review 17：the owner was not helpful. Breakfast was very scarce, even early in the morning. Overall dirty, no care to detail. Minor repairs needed, they don't make. Pool was dirty. Overall, the guy just doesn't care and take a little time to make the best out of an already poor place.

Review 20：However, it was very hard to find. The first time we stayed, we had to drive around various times - there was no sign on the building or near it. The first time we stayed, we had to change rooms due to the nicotine odor. The second time we stayed the room had a musty smell and was not very clean. We should have changed rooms again.

Review 24：The shower curtains were stained. They had black mold on them, and smelled. We reserved a room for 3 people and the sofa bed had no linens on it, there were no extra sheets or pillows in the room, and there were not enough towels for all of us. By the time we got all the linens, my friend wouldn't even sleep on the mattress because he was so disgusted by the way it looked. He cover the couch itself with blankets and linens and had to sleep curled up.
Review 25：The AC sounded like someone was hammering on it each time it cycled on and off. That made sleeping next to impossible. The light in the bathroom required some time and fiddling with the switch to make it come on. I really didn't want to shower in the dark.

Review 39：I have had some bad bookings on booking.com but this one was very good. The room was clean and didn't smell. The breakfast was good. Not all starches. The pool did need cleaning though but didn't effect us since we came in late and left early.

Review 45：I got in late due to bad weather traveling. The desk clerk was helpful in directing me to food and hooking up to the internet. Also, because it was set back, it was quiet.
Review 46：I had two rooms and they were not up to standards. Kitchen appliances were beat up, towels and bed dressings had spots, bathroom toilet, shower and shower curtains were dirty. The doors were hard to open, sofas had spots, iron was missing out one room, telephone was nasty. Rooms smelled closed up and air conditioners were loud when running like something was inside them.

Review 51：very very old and outdated. so much is said about the fact that they have flat screen TV's. but who really checks into a hotel to watch tv? We stayed because we did not want to disappoint our granddaughter. One step up from staying in our car.

Review 66：Room really seemed "clean"-even the carpet. Although it was not freshly shampooed, it did not have that old nasty sticky-icky feel that is oftentimes present in the carpets of many moderately priced hotels and inns. Nice overall appearance. I liked the armoire, lots of drawer space, separate office & sitting area design. The stay also included a really decent "full" breakfast including a wonderful waffle maker. Staff was courteous & helpful.
Review 67：The sheets hadn't been changed prior to check in from previous occupant. Bed had other ppl hair all over it and a "water mark" on sheets. Took over 3 hours and a second complaint to have sheets changed. Room smelled of mold. And make sure u don't leaving anything behind by accident. Policy is housekeeper gets to keep anything left behind or she gets to throw it away. Pets aren't allowed.

Review 77：we had to change rooms twice in the first 10 minutes we were there. our original room had a light out in the bathroom, the second room had no power and the third room that we chose to stay in due to no more vacancies. but the other rooms were empty all around us. smelled of mold an had a short in the wires that caused the bathroom light not to work all the time. ad there was a large piece of plaster in the ceiling above the bed that had cracked and was hanging down.

Review 85：I did like the pool but it stayed nasty as some of the guest left trash in and around the pool. I know that house keeping was doing their job but we put a do not disturb sign into our door lock and house keeping came into our room anyway to put new towels in. We didn't mind that they come in but we found out quick that they straighten up in there and moved all of stuff around and it took us 30 minutes to find what we were looking for when we knew where we had put it in the first place. The wifi for this hotel was horrible we could not even use it on any of our devices that we brought so it was a waste of time for us to even pack it cause the wifi didn't work. we picked up a very poor signal.
Review 86：I loved the price of the room we had. The room was as expected for the price of course we were not looking for a 5 star hotel. I loved the location right off the interstate it was easy to find and was close to a store so we could get food for our stay. The bathroom was clean and the bed was somewhat comfortable the chair we had one of the legs were broken but we didn't need it anyway. Overall we had a great experience with this hotel and are looking into using this hotel again. The staff was very nice and helpful

Review 91：I received my room key through a window from the staff person. The room we were given had an issue in that the door would not open and had to be pushed forcefully to be opened. The staff did not offer another room. The sink only ran hot water from both faucets which was nasty to brush your teeth in and the shower was only cold. There was an iron burn mark on the carpet and there were young men who were barbequeing in the parking lot with loud music until 12 am. I was concerned for myself and my son's safety and would have left to find another hotel if it had not been a holiday weekend. I will not stay at another Jameson Suite property in the future. The website was deceptive in the presentation of the property and the cost of the room was well over $100 which I felt was a ripoff.
