Review 1：Could have had a better rate. Sales taxes, a city tax, and the booking fees put my stay in the major hotel rate range but I am loyal to the hotels that treat their guests right

Review 3：I had breakfast towards the end of the serving time and there was very little left. I would have liked a little more, but it was my choice on when to come to breakfast.

Review 5：We had two rooms reserved, when we got there they only had one room, there were 6 of us in our group, they didn't try to resolve this matter, we had driven 14 hrs, then had to drive another 2 hrs back north on ourselves as everywhere was booked, very disappointed, and the fact the guy at front desk didn't seem to care,

Review 6：Specific to our room the bathroom was in need of repair and because the hotel was sold out they could not move us. After discussions with the staff they wouldn't offer anything to satisfy me. Tiles were loose and cracked and we a possible safety issue.

Review 7：The hotel was as expected From a best Western. Room was large and comfortable and the location had everything within 20 minutes that we needed.

Review 8：The room smelled like cigarette smoke and the beds were uncomfortable. The late staff stood outside the main entrance smoking. It would be nice to have covered entrance way it was raining while we reloaded up our car and we and our luggage absorbed quite a bit of the rain and had a six hour drive from there.

We have stayed at other Best Westerns on this tripand did not pay a $25 for our dog.
