Review 2：Celeste was extremely friendly, hospitable and enthusiastic. The room was neat and the breakfast was delicious.

Review 3：Our travels plans had changed in the last minute and we found this place and were exhausted from our travels. Everything about it was fantastic! The service and staff were excellent and the grounds beautiful. Breakfast was lovely and we enjoyed the local items for purchase in the main lounge. (Including the sheet which wad complimentary and 'compulsory'.) Overall, we would highly recommend staying at Liedjiesbos!

Review 4：The hospitality was unlike any guesthouse I have stayed with before. Very friendly staff that will assist and go beyond what is expected. Attention to detail is noteworthy! A lovely stay - will certainly make this my preferred choice when going to Bloem.

Review 6：This was a real treat. An amazing welcome, followed up with so many little touches that make you feel valued. Our country's flag flying during our stay; generous room supplies including sherry, cakes, pillow sweets. Amazing generous breakfast freshly made to order, lots of variety. (All included) Owners were a delight.

Review 9：It was near Bloemfontein but not in a noisy area. Hostess was very attentive to detail, even removing alcohol from our teen daughters' room (not that she needed to, but still). We were upgraded and the room was lovely. Only pity is that it was not cold enough to use the fireplace.

Review 17：Absolutely everything was perfect, from the ambience to our most gracious hosts. I have been raving about it to everyone since we left. The gardens are exquisite and Hennings, the host, was the most gracious and accommodating host I have every met. He even arranged a very early complete breakfast for us when we had to catch an early morning flight, and it was great. I cannot rave about this beayputiful place enough.

Review 18：Nothing to complain except that in the suite, a window is not covered during the night, which makes light sensitive people wake up at dawn.

Review 19：The host, Celeste, is professional and very helpful. The rooms are excellent, large and very well equipped. The common area is a shop but very tastefully done. Breakfast is amongst the best we have enjoyed in a 4 week trek through South Africa. Free safe on site parking and free wifi. Great gardens.

Review 27：The owners are very kind and made us feel at home and comfortable. They went out of their way to get us some wine of choice and willing to book us in at various restaurants of choice. Although we were on a business trip, the stay at Liedjiebos made us relax and feel as if it was a two-day trip away from home. We will definitely stay at Liedjiebos again in future. The lounge and room were very comfortable and the farm feel was amazing.

Review 86：Shower curtain vs glass door. Mini bar fridge was a bit noisy, but i'm a very light sleeper so most guests won't even hear it. My husband didn't let it disturb his sleep.

The place itself is a miracle in how it was transformed and we actually opted not to go out for dinner but stay and enjoy the ambience and beautiful setting with two bottles of wine! Rooms are comfortable, bed was awesome and I was overall very happy.

Chloe and Marie took excellent care of us and I can highly recommend Liedjiesbos Guest House to anyone. We had dinner at the 'Longhorn Steak House', a few minutes down the road, which was great. We will definitely stay here again.

Plus it's on the side of town youprobably want to be. The only reason to cross town is to get to thetrain station which you'd escape as fast as humanly possible.Good food and coffee, with amazing homemade biscuits & rusks. All included! Oh, and it was crazy cheap imho. Free wifi too.
