Review 1：A little noisy at times, walls sort of thin.

Review 8：The rooms at this hotel are HUGE! Definitely big enough for a family of 4. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. We didn't use it, but there is an indoor pool, which is a nice option for the colder times of the year.

Review 20：No exhaust vent in bathroom. Blind in bathroom was cut too short for the window. No shelves or cabinet in the bathroom. No remote for the ac. No muffins or pastry to go with the coffee and tea. The bed was not comfortable. Mattress hurt my hips. I had to put my own blanket under me.

Review 22：The location was great as the Inn is located on Main Street. We arrived, parked our car and did not start the car up until we were ready to leave. We walked to sight see, eat and to the harbor for a ferry ride to Martha's Vineyard.
Review 23：We could hear road noise in our room. It didn't stop us from getting sleep but for some people it might be too much. I would suggest asking for a room further from the road. It wouldn't stop us from re-booking a room there.

Seriously did not buy that. Very unwilling to please or help visitors to the point of being pretty rude. This older woman should not be dealing with guests in any capacity!! Very unpleasant person!

Review 37：What makes my visit different than the others is that I didn't come there as a tourist. Everyone else left very early in the morning to get their touring done during the day. I usually didn't come back to my room until after dark. It was always very hard to find a place to park. My visit was for seven days and I was only able to park by my building twice. It was quite a long walk the other nights. Plus, I was unable to view my car from the room which I didn't like.
Review 38：Right at the beginning when I checked in, the staff treated me like family. They were very professional yet treated me like they knew me before. That was very comforting. The facilities were top notch. I saw no problems in the cleanliness or the maintenance of the buildings. Cleaning staff was excellent. Always smiling and asking if I needed anything extra. The AC worked great and the bed felt so good after a day on the go. I search a lot of different places to stay and this was the best value for the money. Great location too. There is so much to do and you're right there in the middle of it all.

Review 61：I was very pleasantly surprised at the renovation of this hotel. The hotel has been there for many years, so I was expecting the room to be musty & old. But I was wrong. The room was very clean, very large & soundproof. No noise could be heard above us or beside us. The mattress was firm & comfortable. There was enough parking space available even tho the hotel was sold out. Hotel is in the center of town, so within walking distance of everything on Main St.
Review 62：Just a tiny note. There was a large closet that was useful, but the heating/AC unit was covered with plywood. I think that could be made to look a little better. Because the room was so large, it was hard to get the room to cool down on the very humid/hot day we were there.

They should ask all guests if they want to extend, and offer a discount instead of jacking up the price. Would probably increase business substantially.
