Review 1：Parking was challenging. You have an assigned space but some of them are NOT easy to get in and out of.
Review 2：Location was perfect; an easy walk to John's Pass and other fun places along the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Review 3：It was late by the time we got there, and the office was closed, but after-hours check in was quick and easy. The place does need a bit of updating, but all-in-all it was very nice. We would stay there again.
Review 4：Our room was very small;that would have been fine except there was no place for our guest to sit other than the bed or the two barstools at the kitchen counter.We had no idea each unit was privately owned.(Co-Op I guess) until we checked in. We could not see our room, or another room like it until we checked in. We would have liked to have seen a room before hand.Other than that, it was ok.
Review 5：We liked the friendliness of the staff and we also liked the closeness to the beach.It was very quiet, which was nice.

Review 10：The room had everything we needed, and it was clean. The location was excellent, and the gardens were beautiful. The property was quiet and very relaxing. The pool area was clean and peaceful.

Review 12：Room was a bit small with a lack of mirrors ... Basically, bed too big for room. Also, would have been nice to get some amenities. Only one very small bar of soap for 5 days is not acceptable. When I asked for another, was told they didn't have any. Also, had to buy facial tissue -- none in room.

Review 15：The staff was excellent! The room was small but had a great location. Kept stepping on each other. Found a couple cockroaches in the room and in the lobby. It was pretty gross.
Review 16：Negatives... Bathroom SO Tiny, could sit on the toilet and wash my hands (and I'm small). Decor was very outdated. Used kitchen tools, went to grab a plate, used and dirty PAPER PLATES were put in the cabinet! Gross!

Review 20：We were I room 15. I understand each room is different as they are individually owned. The mattress was very hard and thin, and despite the room was fully equipped with everything you need, it could need some minor upgrade and maybe a paint job to make it look less boring. It was clean except for a couple of bugs on the floor.

Review 28：Each unit is privately owned so the floor plan and decor vary dramatically. Some are chopped up into extremely tiny living room, kitchen and bedroom spaces. Not all provide mops. Not every guest was given a key to the recreation room for use after office hours.
Review 29：Heated pool (very warm in February), beach location, concrete beach board walk, cleanliness of pool and central patio area, many lounge chairs and patio tables with umbrellas, recreation room (ping pong table, card tables and room to entertain guests), secure laundry area and lovely beach.

Review 34：When we arrived on Sunday the 'office' was closed. It took quite a while for someone to answer the phone and get us checked in. It would have been nice to know this place was an old motel turned 'condo' and the office is only open 9-5 and not on Sunday. This was not in any of the information. While it didn't really matter to me, other guests were disappointed with having to pay ($25) to exchange towels. I had requested a ground floor, but we ended up on the second floor. The office guy told me we were upgraded to a two bedroom because the unit we were supposed to have was having problems. At least we could see the water from this room's porch and window. There were a lot of rules at the small pool: no floats, food or drinks, etc. While the sand was right at the edge of the property, it was a long walk to the ocean...400-500 steps...which might not seem like a lot, but it is. (It seemed like a lot of Treasure Island had a wide sand area.) I was here with my senior mom and she didn't go to the beach daily because it was so far. The unit we stayed in...41...was decent but could be updated. One of the bedrooms was cramped, you really couldn't walk in it, and the vinyl baseboard was falling off the wall, and I kept stepping on the sticky side. We had to buy toilet paper, and it seemed like if it was a beach condo there could have been some beach items (chairs, umbrella, etc.) to use. I had to call to find out how to get on the internet, and it didn't work at times. There weren't really any stores or restaurants close that you could walk to as this is a distance from Central Ave. The guy in the office wasn't very friendly, so we didn't mention the issues I've noted, but he did print our boarding passes. This seemed to be cheaper than other places, and I guess you get what you pay for. Since it was so-so, I don't think I'll go back.
Review 35：The pool was new, but small. The grounds were picked up daily. The price and reviews seemed better than most, and there were always spaces in the parking lot because not many people were staying there.

Review 66：I was in Rm 21, beautiful just redone. Pool was just redone and many of the trees and planting were in full bloom. Walking distance to Johns Pass and restaurants. Nice beaches. Walkway all along the beach for miles. Had some great walks, watched sunsets and just plan relaxed. Love Treasure Island would defiantly stay again.

The manager on duty wasn't even on the site and he told booking agents he was there and checked my room. They flat out lied about it. I need help getting my money back as they charged me even though I didn't stay.
