Review 1：Booked a room through booking.com who I have used for years. When I booked it said I would have a room with a balcony but when I got there they said the room I booked did not have a window or a balcony. Imagine a room in a 4 star hotel without a window or a balcony, incredible. It cost me an extra 3000 baht for an upgrade to a room that I should have had in the first place:(((

Review 7：Wifi is bad. The bathroom. Despite a change of room, the bathtub still have a stain. & the room i changed; and bout to used the Kettle, there's was live cockroach on it together with their kids. Major turn off. & lastly, requested for Ice for my alcohol drinks, required to pay as well which is quite ridiculous.

Review 8：The staffs and the bellboy. Promptly attending to you. Willingly to show directions to whereabouts and the best currency exchange.

Review 9：I had trouble when I first arrived because online it had said I already paid but when I got to reception they tried to charge me again. All of that was resolved. Also, I booked the superior sweet and online it said nothing about not having any windows. I felt like I was locked in basement cellar.

Review 10：The hotel was nice and facilities were descent. It wasn't far from the beach and there were plenty of resteraunts and a shopping mall near by. The buffet breakfast was really nice.

Review 13：The first day I checked in the wifi service is broken although I know that is not hotel's fault it stills bring me inconvenience because the attractive point staying this hotel to me is wifi. The telecom fixed it on the day after but still unstable and break again. So called 4 star but feel like 3 star. Old facilities.

Review 20：first time here, since Airasia start flying from KL to pattaya starting sept 2015. Easy to find for taxi driver from airport which is 250 baht each person. Hotel location near pattaya roads heading north and south with 20baht flat fare in tuk tuk truck. Nearby to central festival pattaya mall where there is a food court with reasonable pricing. There is also sailor bar & rest which serves breakfast like 70 baht for western breakie. Fried rice, noodles, thai dishes from 40 baht. Walking street just like 5 minutes tuk tuk ride. there is a 24/7 minimart right opposite of the hotel. make sure to go to hilton sky bar and drift bar for magnificient view of pattaya sea. wifi in room was really good. i would suggest to rent a bike and go everywhere but i hire a avanza taxi instead for aircond comfort for 1000 baht to bring me to all the interesting places in pattaya. Sea was not dirty, nice to swim. Beach was like 1 minute walk from hotel. had balcony for my superior room to see the sea from side angle.

Great breakfast with many choices.A very nice hotel right in the heart of Soi 7 & Soi 8 with multiple bars and restaurants in very close proximity. Adequate pool with swim-up bar. I read the reviews before booking and upgraded to five nights in the Deluxe Room which was very nice. I also read in one of the reviews a complaint about music noise from the bars - hey, if you want to be in the heart of everything, don't complain about stupid things; otherwise, book a resort that requires you to get transport everywhere! I have stayed many times in Pattaya at some really nice hotels and we will definitely return to this one. P.s. Probably not the best choice for young families who prefer a resort type of hotel.

Review 34：Requested a king sized bed, received two smaller beds pushed together, me and my boyfriend like to cuddle when we sleep but i kept falling between the two beds as they slid apart. Also the pillows were rock hard. Despite the good food, bad restaurant service with very slow waiters who have no idea what to do, and the food arrived cold.

A quality 4-star hotel will not put two single beds together and call it a double. It gets extra uncomfortable as the single beds doesn't have the same height. The list goes on but won't waste any more time on this hotel. Do yourself a favor and stay away...

Review 61：Surrounded by bars, very noisy you can hear everything from outside plus you can hear everything from the next room and i mean everything. Bed b pillow hard and not comfortable. Very dark room and small room. Stains on sheets and towels. Small balcony with no place to sit. Drinking water was kept in the bathroom! Will never return

Review 63：The staff at the reception give us rooms at the back wing of the hotel, which was earlier original Eastin Hotel at 4th floor with lift out of service. With lot of arguments they gave us rooms at the mail wing; which shows that rooms were available there.

Review 64：We have stayed at this hotel earlier called Sunbeam Hotel and wanted to stay there. However, staff tried to give us rooms at the back building of the hotel.
