Review 1：No service like a mini market, no ice dispenser and the fridge takes hours to produce ice, wide kitchen and small dining room, no space for storage...At 300$/night, you can expect something much better.

Review 3：Nothing significant comes to mind. Look forward to a return visit and to staying longer left time. Only change will be bringing cleaning supplies for a little extra attention to the bathrooms and kitchen when we arrive.

Review 4：Great location on Treasure Island with convenient access to the beach and to a paved walking trail. We drove to the Publix grocery store down the street for breakfast and lunch food, then walked the trail to Sloppy Joes for dinners. Our kids liked the large onsite pool for a break from the beach in the afternoons. Really comfortable and well appointed room on the south tower with partial gulf view.

Review 15：Lack of crockery and cutlery, we had no dessert spoons at all, 15 forks and three knives! Crockery was odd assortment and not much of it. Had to ask for wine glasses as four there were odd sizes and one of them plastic, this is for self catering for up to four people.!

Review 18：Location at the water front was peaceful. Eventhough the resort seemed to be favourite place for weddings and other parties, they were finished by a reasonable time at nights. Good pool area.

Review 19：We had a broken ceiling fan that was so loud and rickety I thought it was going to fall on me. Also our unit was right by the elevator and the lights went straight in my room and it stayed light all night so I slept horrible. We went to the cafe for breakfast , we weren't greeted by the girls in there so we sat ourselves and waited about 15 minutes and nobody helped us, so we left and went to McDonald's. I'm not sure I will bring my family back

Review 24：We rented the suite for 2 nights. We found the staff friendly, the suite was beautiful and comfortable, there was no noise even on the balcony, and the cost was very reasonable. The view of the beach was a lot better than expected for a suite with a partial view. I will definitely return to Sunset Vistas when in that area again.

Asked for room closer to the beach when we checked in, was told there was none, but 2 rooms closer were given to my family members who arrived the next day (I paid for all of them), No one was in them the night we arrived. Bed was a little hard for me, but that is subjective.

Review 32：Nice decore, café and bar close by, coffee pot did not work properly, but was replaced quickly. People were very friendly in the café and bar, food was good. Close to St. John's Pass. Appreciated early check in for my family.

Review 33：August IS hurricane season! not a thing can be done to control the weather...While waiting for the afternoon scattered showers to pass we really appreciated the quality and comfort of our accommodations! and were entertained by the lighting show from our balcony! WOW!

Review 34：The perfect location for the last 3 days of our adventurous( swimming with the Manatees in Crystal River) vacay where we could ALL relax on a clean not crowded beach or at the pools! Beautiful view from our room for sunrise and sunset with a MOST agreeable helpful staff offering a wide variety of suggestions for dinner ( Bahama Breeze /Dockside Dave's/ the Pearl /The Conch/ Waffle House -yum yum ) as well as Walmart & Publix close by! extra towels provided without hesitation as well as extra clean sheets! Perfect!

Review 36：This was a perfect location and the room was exactly what we needed. Nothing fancy but thats not what we were looking for on a wet, sandy, low-key vacation. The beach was wonderful. The front desk staff were excellent and very accommodating. The beach bar staff were very unfriendly which was a bummer. The girls in the cafe work so hard and were never without a smile on their faces, even when we observed some patrons being extremely rude to them. We would definitely return to this hotel should we visit this beach again.

Review 37：My family and I loved it. Well designed, every room has a view of the beach. Clean and security is everywhere so there is no loud commotion. We would go back again.

Review 38：Every room had a great sea view and the staff couldn't have been more friendly. Johns pass was only a leisurely 10 min stroll away and the kids loved eating on the boardwalk in scullys watching the dolphins play in the bay.

Review 58：The horrible attitude of Frank on the beach who rents chairs and umbrellas. It was a complete hassle everyday. The stress of having to run down to the beach every morning is ridiculous and is the LAST THING I WANT TO DO ON MY VACATION.

Review 60：My suggestion would be more kitchen items-mixing bowls, utensils, plates, etc as we either had to hand wash in order to have enough plates/glasses, etc or run the dishwasher every day which is not very eco-friendly. Also, the bed pillows need an upgrade.

The pool and hot tub were clean and warm. The beach was beautiful, and the beach bar was fun and friendly. We did not use the fitness center, but we were able to use the business center to print out our airline boarding passes. I would recommend this to anyone. They have 24 hour security, enforce the pool rules & hours (even though we think it should at least stay open until midnight) and the staff is always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. It is located within walking distance to John's Pass and lot's of good food.
