Review 1：The majority of the staff do not speak English, despite the booking.comstatement that they do. The ones that did speak English had very lowproficiency and often came across as rude. Both my husband and Ideveloped food poisoning- the food in the buffet was not adequatelychilled and was at room temperature. The chef didn't even know howto separate an egg to prepare an egg-white omelette. I could havecooked better at home. I'm really someone who looks for quality,small details and high caliber service. I didn't find any of thoseat Thor. The only staff that paid us any mind were the ones from thespa trying to sell us packages etc. Lastly, the booking.com admentioned turn down service (that never happened and when we asked forit, they said it wasn't available) spa treatments, which cameacross as misleading as they just meant they were available rather thanincluded. I found this place to be cheap rather than luxurious and Iwill not return.

Review 2：Everything in the room worked. In room jacuzzi was large andcomfortable. I did like the design of the place- unique decor. But atthe end of the day, when the decor is the highlight of the hotel,something isnt right.

Review 10：I booked deluxe room with a jacuzzi and pool view for 3 nights. The room was nice and clean. There was a problem on the screen that control the room lights, A/C and others but it was fixed immediately. The view on the swimming pool was amazing. The breakfast was really good with many options of fruits, cheese, bread and hot meals. My booking was full board so I had the dinner as well and it was good with different options each night. However, I didn't have lunch during during stay we were out of resort discovering the area at lunch time. The resort has a small privet beach with nice view over the sea. There is a snack bar all day and night on the lobby. I liked my stay there but be aware that the resort entrance is not clear on the highway. There is a small unlighted sign. I arrived Bodrum airport at night and I rented a car then I drove to the hotel. I get lost for an hour looking for the entrance as I missed it because of the unlighted sign.

Review 15：The hotel is trying to accommodate for it's customers as well as trying to provide meeting/congress facilities for some Turkish companies. Let me tell you. Do not panic if you see people during the day paired up, running in groups with their tablets screaming and shouting in Turkish. Don't worry. They are training or doing bonding exercise for their company they work for. We found staff rude and fed up at most times. No one smiles. We went to snack bar at 10:55am, my wife wanted a burger only being told they cannot serve this until 11:00am, 5 minutes, wow. We wanted a cheese & tomato toast instead and it arrived at 11:25! This hotel thinks it's a luxury hotel but it's not and it certainly is NOT worth the money it is charging.

Review 16：If you love eating and drinking, this is the place for you. 24 hour open bar and snacks are available. Food is ok, not the top quality but not bad either. When you are laying on the beach or the pool side, staff will ask you what would you like to drink and deliver it to you. Nice touch.
